Nice view, nice weather on October the 18th, 2020. Extremly bad services. We have waited a lot for the food. The food was almost cold. The prices is for 5 stars services but the food and the service is between 2 and 3 stars. The waiters are totally unprofessional, and the service was at the lowest level, for such high prices. The men's toilet smells awful of unwashed urine, although we are in a period of quarantine and sanitary restrictions. The music is awfully loud. We couldn't talk to each other. The waiters could hardly hear us. The prices are very high... And in the end, they tried to load the bill with products that they did not bring to the table. You better avoid this place!

Food quality very poor for the prices that they demand, they serve the drinks in a poor plastic glass which is for beer,is written Bergenbier on it.I ordered a frappe and a lemonade and both drinked were served in this ,,5*” glass....what to say no words. The water from the pool was so cold that you could not even enter,in none of the pools were i’ve been the water wasn’t that cold. The music was ver very loud ,you could not even speak with each other and understand something from each other. The children were jumping in the pool from outside and were splashing the other people.Even if there is a special pool for children they were aloud in the pool for adults and were doing lot of noise. What to say,a ,,wonderful location to relax”.And to don’t forget, when we called to reserve place in the pool they told us that the entrance is 40 ron and when we arrived there they asked us 50 ron.I don’t recomend this location.

I don’t recommend the pool. The pool was dirty and the stuff rude. When we arrived the ashtray was full of cigarettes and also the table was dirty. We had to wait for our drinks order a lot of time like 20-30 minutes. So avoid this place. 👎
