Maasai Mara Aruba camp is a very good camp in the Maasai Mara Game reserve. The camp offers very good customer service. Its locations is very suitable and is one of the best place for wildlife viewing. The tents are very spacious and value for your money.

Ok, let me start by saying that my boyfriend and I hate organised tours. Hate them. We tried to avoid joining a group for safari but the idea seemed crazy, as we are travelling around kenya on a budget and didn't want to spend a fortune just to have several pictures of wild animals inside a (really trully overpriced) national...

We really enjoyed Aruba camp. The views are beautiful and there are constantly animals and birds to see right from the patio. The staff are really wonderful. The food was really good! We camped in the tents that do not have bathrooms inside. The tent had a funky smell and the bed was uncomfortable after our 4th night. I would...

This was my 3rd stay here - this time for 6 nights alongwith my safari group. Managing an offshore safari operation is not easy and a lot depends on the strength of suppliers' services. Having corressponded with Gerdi, the owner, early enough, everything from start to finish was a breeze. As simple as that. The camp is small and uncomplicated....

This camp has spectacular tent accommodations and great food. The staff is very friendly and they will try to meet every request. If you are on your own, there are camping spots available. Daily game drives are done each morning and evening and the guides know all the places to go. Full day game drives are also available. The camp...

We were 4 people visiting the camp from 7. April - 9. April 2015 and choose to go for two days full day game drives. First of all the staff and Gerdi was very welcoming and hospitable. We were there in low season and we were the only ones except for another couple. Tents: We choosed the big tents, not...

I visited the camp in late October 2014 with my 5 boys (aged 7-16y). I had previously travelled as a solo traveller to the camp in April 2012, and I knew then that I had to return with my children. We had two 'big' tents, next to each other; these were perfect, as were the little touches like the hot...

I stayed 3 nights in the Aruba Mara camp on my recent trip to Kenya. The whole trip was organzied by Gerdi the owner of the camp. I stayed in Kakamega and in Kisumu. The whole trip was perfectly arranged and with Peter (Aruba Camp Manager) I had a good driver. When I arrived @ the Aruba Mara camp I...

An excellent place to stay to take morning and afternoon safaris. Although there is a short drive to get to the park we still managed to arrive to see the wildlife in great light. I would have liked to have done a whole day safari but this was not my main safari...it was a last minute decision to be able...

We stayed in Aruba Mara Camp for 2 nights on new year 2014/2015. We stayed in a normal (not luxury tent). Accommodation: Our tent was nice and clean. It was equipped with a king size bed with mosquito net and a toilet/shower. Not luxury, but very confortable. From before the tent, we had a nice view over the mara river....
