Stayed here early March 2016 for 8 days, comfy beds, good breakfast great location and excellent Internet connection. Heaters warm and showers hot, that's all you really need. Only negative is, can be noisy early hours of the morning from people coming home from the pub. Otherwise, would stay there again.

Just spent the last 2 weeks at the Australia house and had an amazing time, We arrived at 2am so was curious to how was going to check in, we were welcomed at the front door and checked in to our room with no problems. Rooms were good size for 2 guys, warm and comfy. Toilets were fine, only one...

If you're after somewhere cheap to lay your head after a big day on the slopes or big night at the pub, it's hard to go past this one. Great location opposite 24hr Seicomart for all day to day necessities. 30 seconds walk to inter-resort bus stop and multiple bar/food options. Included breakfast is ultra-basic but will get you up...

Ok so the good points 1st as there are very few- Good clean room with a comfy bed and good heater Good central location Bad points- The picture on the webpage of the front of the building is obviously old as there is now 2 big shipping containers out the front. The good bits. 1) Comfy bed with a really good duvet. 2) Heater in the room was great. 3) Breakfast was good. 4) Receptionist was really helpful. 5) Has WiFi and it works. So why only a 3 star? The bad bits. 1) I had to walk through a Resturant to get to my room. This is a separate Resturant...

Stayed here two weeks in January for boarding. The location is ideal, it's a little overpriced for what you get but in the end wasn't too much of a bother. Only other negative was the quality of the cooked breakfast, it was pretty average. Facilities are excellent though and Ann the caretaker is very friendly and will help out with...

Had a fantastic stay here! Short walk to ski hill, clean, breakfast daily and a great area to store all your wet ski gear in. Easy in and out access and wonderful owners. We got lucky and got the only room with a private bathroom and it was a dream! Very minimalist but stayed there with a group of 10...

My wife and I stayed here in March 2015 for 10 days. It really suited us well. We really liked the fact that there was a full kitchen and dining area where you can do your own thing, cook your own meals and store your groceries as it was very expensive to eat out for every meal. I also liked...

My wife and I stayed four days at Australia House and enjoyed the experience. Since we were older and most people there were young, we could have felt out of place, but we didn't, thanks to the welcoming and helpful attitudes. There were dorm style rooms but we booked a private room. the baths and toilets are shared, but that...

I agree with many of the other comments - a great location and breakfast provided was great however there is very little more going on for this place. I agree that staff (and entrance way) were extremely difficult to find when first arriving. When I did find a staff member, she seemed inconvenienced by my arrival. The noise from the...
