I stayed here on my last snowboard trip to Niseko. I absolutely loved staying there because of the proximity to Grand Hirafu and the staff. The staff there are amazing and kind. They always have a smile on their face and was helpful. Breakfast is a home cooked style. Very delicio

It is near Niseko center where all restaurants, bars and ski resorts are location. It was also walking distance from the main bus station.

Although looks small from the outside, the hotel was very charming and the staff is very accommodating. The lady in the reception helped us

Location is perfect and the facilities while basic are clean and well maintained and the whole ski lodge is warm.

It def has a homestay vibe to it so if your a group looking to party and be rowdy prob not the best as its very quiet and the family that own and run live onsite.

We stayed at Pension Berg for four nights and absolutely loved it. The family that runs it are so friendly and helpful. The location is right on the main road leading up to the lifts; it was easy to walk to and from the hills every day. Every day after skiing we'd use the little

Hello, I have sent email and make the reservation through your official webpage while have not gotten your reply or receipt of message. Could you please let me know if any room available from 23 Feb 2017 to 27 Feb 2017. Thanks. Good day~
I already booked for this hotel for our future trip, and now I am trying to know on how to go to your hotel if I am taking JR train in Sapporo. Please help.
Perhaps you already traveled here but you catch the train to Kutchan and then catch the shuttle bus or local bus from there. Do not go to Hirafu or Niseko station. It's harder to access from there. Other than that catch a bus from Sapporo and get off at Hirafu Welcome Centre. Pension Berg is couple hundred metres down the hill
