My friend and I stayed here on our way to 'Equirando 2015'. The room in the Chambre d'hotes was beautifully furnished, with private bathroom, the food was very good, home cooked and copious, it was fun meeting the other guests, mainly Pilgrims, some of whom were in the Gite d'Etape, which is on the same site. Nothing was too much...

We stay a night there during the Garone bike tour, and altough it was a pilgrim hostel, it was great. The couple in charge of it is very nice and they speak perfect English, so there is no problem for those as us who do not speak too much french! Room was clean, dinner was OK, there was place for...

We stayed here recently for one night and had a wonderful evening. We were late arriving but our meal had been kept for us and was served with no mention of our lateness. The room was absolutely beautiful and beds so comfortable. Ron drove us around in his car after dinner so that we could find our departure route for...

We only stayed one night at the Ultreia, but would happily return. It's a great base for exploring Moissac and its environs. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and one of constant movement. There are hikers coming and going: maps being looked at, routes discussed. There are cheaper (and very well-equiped, I was told by a hiker) dorms to stay in,...

My hubby & I used Ultreia Moissac as a base to explore that region of France a few weeks ago. Rom & Aideen were friendly hosts and on arrival were keen to find out about our plans and helpfully recommended a number of excursions for us. Our room was spacious, clean and well furnished - a beautiful large room in...

We stopped in town for the night to visit the abbey and were fortunate to get a private room. Lovely Irish couple slowly renovating an old property. Most of the visitors are hikers on the historic camino route. Dinner in the garden was festive and fun.
