Our reservation this December was quite big - about 25 people in 6 apartments. We went to Pamporovo for the New Year celebration.
Our overall experience was that the staff was more claiming, than the guests.
1. Firstly when we arrived a guy from our company was carrying the luggage while we were doing the registration, so he hadn't managed to check in at the time. The receptionist started to search for him all over the apartment building saying that if he don't register, he wouldn't have a place to sleep.
2. Then they made me move my car (it was parked in front of the hotel) with no alternative for parking and I needed to park my offroad vehicle on a parking lot where a Smart would hardly fit.. the next evening there were a lot of cars, parked where my car was initially.
3. During the first night the heating was switched off, and as the weather was cold (about -17C) the apartment has chilled out very quickly - I woke up in the middle of the night with a very bad cystitis, which made me take medicines for the rest of our stay. So take a electric heater with you if you stay in the in Nevada Hotel during the winter.
4. A girl from our company had placed her hotel towel in the wardrobe. Тhe lady from the cleaning staff didn't find one of the towels and that caused a real scandal, she was asking where the towel is, why is it missing and so on !?!
5. The food in the restaurant is quite expensive and pretty terrible.
6. You have to pay daily if you use the kitchen - I have traveled the world and this is the first place where they want me to pay for the kitchen which is in the reserved apartment..
Otherwise the apartments are nice and clean, well situated - walking distance from the lifts.

We stayed at Nevada Hotel for 3 nights, on January 2013. Overall we were very satisfied by the services

The good:
1. big studio, just like in photos, with double bed, a 2-seat sofa, an armchair, small dinner table, kitchen with microwave oven. the studio is very confortable, large in size, with contemporary decoration.
2. Always very warm, and with hot water all the time.
3. Very clean.
4. Hotel staff very helpful, with a smile on their faces all the time. All of the staff (cleaner, reception staff, restaurant staff) tried to help us with whatever we asked. And we communicated in english and russian with no difficulty.
5. the hotel is situated next to ski slope no7, but you need to walk on a steep hill or walk down some steep stairs from a nearby hotel for at least 5min to get to the slope. Perfect for ski lovers, otherwise, if you need to have a drink or go to a restaurant in the centre of pamporovo, it is rather far, so you definitely need to use a car, or take a taxi (about 10lev cost!!). You cannot walk to the centre.
6. Free wifi at restaurant and reception, wired free internet in studios.
7. We had dinner at the restaurant one night. The quality of the food was rather good (a mushroom soup, and an omelette), and the total price was cheaper than the prices at the restaurants in center of Pamporovo.

The bad:
1. Although there is an indoor parking, you cannot leave the car there beacause in winter it is closed by the snow!! So you have to leave your car outside, in front of the hotel.
2. A kettle for boiling water would be helpful in kitchen.
3. Rather thin walls, you can hear your neighbours.
4. Something that is not the blame of the hotel, is that the road in front of the hotel is not cleaned by the authorities. That means tha you need winter tyres or snow chains just for the 300-500 metres until you get to the main road. All the other roads around Pamporovo are usually cleared off snow.
5. I would prefer a buffet for breakfast. Instead the breakfast is typical, but not small at all, having cheese, ham, butter, marmelade, boiled or scrampled eggs, tomatoes, cucumber. Everyday day it is somehow different, but the idea is more less the same.

This hotel was well equipped and the staff were truly charming! A little way from the centre of town meant taxis to go out in evening, however you can ski straight into piste where many other hotels you had to catch a bus back at end of day.

The staff really made the stay worthwhile ad were incredibly helpful and kind

Hotelroom clean and spacious, but the food is horrible. The breakfast only 1 kind off the cheapest white bread , some fruits that where the night before on the diner buffet. The dinner buffet is the worst I ever had in any ski resort, at 19u15 most off the dishes where empty and refilling we didn't see during the half hour waiting. A place to sleep in a clean room but not for half-board reservation holiday.

Small, cozy hotel. Convenient location: and from the trails close and quiet location, many ski out of the hotel. There's a ski wardrobe inside. Very warm in the rooms, clean, cozy. Not enough in the kettle room and kitchen towels.
Breakfast and dinner are great. Very delicious, the food is prepared with love and homemade. Of the shortcomings in the rooms is high sound permeability, audible noise neighbors and smoking neighbors on the nearest balconies: the window cannot be opened.
The staff are very friendly, and generally feel welcome at this hotel. Conveniently, you can rent a separate sauna, located in the hotel on the 3rd floor.
Prosperity for business, we'd even love to return here. Thanks🙏

Stopped outside my car outside this apartment block and a middle aged lady appeared & promptly told me that in no uncertain terms could I stop outside the complex on a public road simply to unload my luggage at a neighbouring apartment hotel. A middle aged guy then appeared and told me how he would block my car in for weeks if I didn't move it immediately. Since I don't tolerate threats or intimidation of any kind, I unloaded my car as planned. Such pleasant individuals and this duo are probably running the place.

Recently stayed here for a ski trip. Unfortunately the experience was sub-standard.

Pros
- close to ski slopes

Cons
- rooms were not cleaned before we came. Details in next few points below.
- bathroom had a dirty rag left over on the towel rack.
- bedsheets had not been changed (had hair over it). Requested a new bedsheet and was told it will be provided the next day. I went again the next day and I was challenged by the reception. However I was given a new bedsheet eventually, which I had to place myself, which is fine.
- duvet had no cover and wasn't given one either.
- floor had crumbs and felt gritty.
- rooms are not cleaned or tidied up every day (e.g. bed made, change of towels). The only thing they do is provide you with new toilet paper.
- boiler in the bathroom was leaking above toilet and shower. This was fixed later.
- no main curtains in the room. We just had the net curtain, whereas in other rooms they had curtains (we went with others so we had a chance to compare).
- food serviced was not good and to an extent inedible.

The block is very rusty, unmodernised with many room facilities unrepaired.
Rust in the bathroom, water is accumulated in the mini bathtube.
No cleaning was made before us.
Room smells like dirt.
Dirt on the floor.
The manager is very impolite.
Advice: do not go there!

the best thing about this place was location, super close to the pists and lifts.there's a piste behing the hotel that you can ski through. The room was big enough and hot. Breakfast was varied, wifi works all over the place. the bed was really old and uncomfortable tho, the staff spoke English. There was one specific woman in the restaurant who was very very rude, not smiling at all, and when we asked her the soup of the day once, we were told off. all in all good experience.

"It's an 8 floor hotel, with the reception on the 4th floor and the restaurant on the ground floor. Therefore try to choose a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, or from the 5th and above! Ask for rooms which looks to the ski slope."
