We came early in the morning just to change and take our ski ride, the lady in the reception informed us that our rooms would be ready at 14:00. We came back at 18:00 and they gave us the keys of ours rooms which were very dirty. The lady in the reception told us that our rooms would be clean in a few minutes. An hour passed and we saw nothing instead she was very rude. Worst hotel experience 2020

Typical Bulgarian apart-hotel with minimal staff but trying to make it useful The hotel also has a very small swimming pool and very cold water Breakfast can be greatly improved The hotel also provides a shuttle service to the ski slopes

The hotel is located outside the small village of Pamporovo but not far from it, in a very quite area , straight in the forest. We had an apartment with fireplace (functional and really pleasant) with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good convenient store on site, very friendly staff as usual in Bulgaria (so far) . Though cleanliness was a disaster. No clean in 5 days and only 1 towels change and this was at my request. Cold to freezing pool, poor fitness room but very warm restaurant with good food that is not taking "an arm and a leg" from your wallet . We also had New Year's Eve there with good food and drinks with good entertainment and fireworks all for a more than reasonable price. Good connection to the ski slopes with their own shuttle bus/van drove by a local grumpy character from "Despicable me". Overall a good experience for an excellent price . Will come again.…

Lucky apartments are really good I have been coming since they where first built and never a trouble lovely restaurant on site also a shop. There is a decent sized swimming pool including a gym, steam room, sauna and with all the necessary showers and wash facilities free to use and a very nice touch is that you may use the free mini bus to go into the slopes when ever needed Would highly recommend🙂

We stayed in the Hotel this week. The centre has a spa with massage facilities, pool and jacuzzi. The restaurant was very busy and offered great value for money on site. The slopes were a 3 min shuttle bus ride from the hotel and the bus is free. Good value for money ski location

We stayed at the Lucky Pamporovo this winter for the first time. The hotel is very nice, our apartment was big enough with all the necessary equipment for a family with small children. The food at the restaurant is tasty, especially the home made raspberry jam. The staff is very nice and friendly. After ski or snow walk the best thing is to visit the warm pool. We will choose Lucky for our next winter vacation and will try the hotel also during the summer!

I've stayed at the Lucky Pamporovo complex twice now....(apartment 90) both times during February, when we have had the most amazing snow... The apartment complex is about a mile away from the main town, and their is a shuttle bus which will drop you into town or to the ski lifts any time night or day, so a car is not really nessessary. The apartment we stayed in was really spacious and decorated to a high quality. There were 2 huge bedrooms (a double and a twin) plus 2 sofa beds. There are also 2 bathrooms. There were heaters in all rooms, plus an open fire in the lounge, which was bliss after a hard day on the slopes! Our apartment was on the 1st floor with stunning views of the surrounding area, and you only had to come out of our room and in the lift down one floor to get to the spa area (swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, small gym). There is also a small shop on site, and a really nice bar and restaurant. I would definitely recommend the Lucky Pamporovo complex for a brilliant holiday.…
