A very comfortable hotel with all the facilities one could ask for while fishing in the local lochs. All the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the kitchen turns out wholesome breakfasts and dinners with a packed lunch if required.

This hotel was the 4th hotel in our trip around the NC500 and one of the most expensive. We found the room small, in need of an update, especially the bathroom, and with a lovely view of the adjoining flat roof. There is no TV in the room and the WIFI was very patchy. We had paid for the BB...

My wife and I went to the hotel for dinner one night. The staff were very friendly. The dining room was very pleasant and the service very quick. The menu offered enough choices and all three courses were excellent. The cost was very reasonable. For anyone staying at the nearby campsite or just passing through, this is a very good...

Our accommodations (we had two rooms) were both clean, simply and efficiently appointed and the perfect refuge against the ravages of nature outdoors. We enjoyed an excellent informal dinner at the bar and happily surfed away on the internet...

Run by its owners in person, tremendously helpful, drove us willingly to Foinaven so we could do the full traverse. Very pleasant decor, and warm friendly atmosphere. Nice rooms. Choice of formal dining or casual bar. Sensible prices. We definitely plan to return!

We weren't too impressed with this hotel, certainly doesn't live up to the photographs shown on their website. Unpleasant smell in the corridors. I liked that it was a traditional hotel, nice if you are into fishing. I thought it was a bit over priced.

We stayed here mid week whilst travelling up the west coast. It was a very nice atmosphere with stylish decor and a fantastic cocktail bar. Dinner at the 7.30 gong was an experience and the food did not disappoint.

This was our second night on our nc500 trip, we had the dog with us and found it difficult to eat anywhere on the first night with him so we were delighted when the Bar at Scourie Inn would let him in with us for dinner. The Bar Opens at 6pm for food so we headed up then, Its a...

Stayed one night and it was a pleasant stay. I had a clean and comfortable room and a very pleasant dinner. The decor in the hotel is traditional and quaint. A lovely place with friendly staff I would love to visit again.
