A comfortable clean room, some of the decor not to my taste. Having said that the view was amazing. Breakfast in the main house served by Bob was excellent with a beautifully set breakfast table and again an amazing view. Bobs wife is a lovely lady who chatted with us before we left

What a wonderful stay. Warm and clean, friendly and cosy. Lovely breakfast eaten looking out over the most stunning views in a converted church. The owners were elderly and had converted the church years earlier. Absolutely lovely. The local hotel served excellent food for dinner.

A lovely B&B in a very isolated area which gives it stunning views, the room was a little damp when we arrived as the bedding hadn't been aired but soon dried with the heating on for a bit, this is the only fault I could find with this place though.

The three identical and well appointed rooms are in a small purpose-built building matching the elegantly converted church next door, in which the retired architect owner and his wife live and where guests have the excellent breakfast. The views across the islands and sea are jaw-dropping (but not unusual up here). The welcome from the owner was extremely warm, despite...

If you ever dreamt of a place, where you wake up early morning, step out of bed, take three steps more, open your door and you face a view right in the face of the morning sun, rising above a rough but still peacefull coast – this is your place to stay. In addition to that: the landlord and his...

We had never experienced B&Bs until our recent roadtrip around Scotland and we rate this the best we stayed at. The buildings, their condition and cleanliness was outstanding and the service was impeccable. We had a very spacious room with ensuite and a nice view over the water. We were served a full Scottish breakfast in a fantastic dining room....

Cloisters is a really lovely place to stay. Beautiful location, very comfortable rooms which are very well equipped, owners Bob and Audrey make your stay really memorable. Their home is a dream of a renovation of an old church - Bob is an architect and designed the renovation himself. Breakfast is served in the old church and was delicious -...

Audrey & Bob are wonderful hosts who give you a warm welcome. This B & B is highly recommended if you are visiting the area. Spotless accomodation and very good breakfasts, we would hope to revisit but our age (mid eighties) prevents long term plans. However this trip was memorable and thanks again to the Morrisons.
