Wow, not sure where to begin to describe the amazing experience we had a Chez Pierre. From the road, you can't imagine what a charming hotel this is. It is so tastefully done, with gorgeous views, gardens and multilevel terraces. It reminded me of the lovely town of Eze in the south of France. The owner Ismail and his brother are on site and taking care of every detail. The hotel manager Noureddine is also amazing. Dinner at Chez Pierre is also an experience in itself. And at the end of the meal, the staff comes together to play the local drums and sing local folkloric songs, making the experience even more special. Your Moroccan experience won't be the same without staying at this lovely place.

Chez Pierre had an absolutely formidable reputation for excellent under it's original owners, and after it changed hands we were unsure... but it's as wonderful as ever. Endless courses of imaginative food are the perfect antidote to those who've eaten one too many tagine. Rooms are fresh and immaculate, service is excellent. If you can't stay - there are only eight or ten rooms - remember it's still possible, and very worthwhile, to eat dinner.

Where do we begin! Chez Pierre has everything you can imagine and more. We started out with a lazy lunch and booked 5 nights with Lahcen one of the owners immediately it was so incredible, then extended and extended for a total of 16 nights. Let's start with the staff, we have never felt so at home and welcomed. Everyone including the owners were an absolute delight. Service was impeccable throughout our whole stay, thank you Said, Noureddine & Abdul. Not once did we feel we overstayed our welcome, we were even encouraged to stay longer. Truly a family business and we even felt part of it. A huge thank you to each and every one of you. The hotel in itself is magical and everywhere you look you are blessed with stunning views of Dades Valley. The rooms were so cosy, very clean, warm, comfortable and quiet. The best nights sleep in the heavenly beds. Bathrooms with great amenities, hairdryers and hot water and strong water pressure. The food was another level, every meal we have had in Morocco for 2 months has been exceptional and Chez Pierre exceeded this. After 2 weeks dining 3 meals a day we were continually surprised. Mohammad and his kitchen staff are fantastic and love to surprise you daily with new options, you definitely do not go hungry. It is 5 star dining and also a great wine selection (if there is any left) along with the staff performing live music during the evenings. What a beautiful experience. Dades Valley is a place to enjoy and slow your travels down, so much to explore and a wonderful village community. We explored the valley and nearby villages with the expertise of Sahara Atlas Tours owned by Ismail and are very appreciative for all his assistance in responding to our special requests. He was also very knowledgeable on the area to ensure we didn't miss out on all the magical spots nearby. We loved Chez Pierre so much we will do our best to visit Morocco again and will be sure to stay here. A very big thank you for having both Wayne and I and making our travel through Morocco very special.
