Reviewed yesterday NEW

We stayed here 1 night as part of a group. The lobby, reception, exterior, dining room all get 5-star. The room only gets 4-star because, although unique, it felt very odd and old. Xaluca should be very proud for their concept of respecting nature and building hotels that blend in. The ambience of the dining room felt a little bit... More

We were on a multi day tour in Morocco where the hotel was included. We weren't sure what to expect so we were so excited to see this stylish and comfortable hotel. The bed was great, the common areas beautiful and interesting. We had a dinner buffet as well as breakfast and were very pleased with both. Internet was great... More

Nice enough hotel. Quite a ways into the city, so isolated. Our room absolutely stinks of blocked drains but our toilet is working. Buffet dinner had lots of choice. Food of reasonable quality. Service is fine but drains smell is horrible.

We have used this hotel on multiple occasions on our tours and in general is a good place to stop while touring the south of Morocco. The rooms are great and the bar/swimming pool area is very nice. The food is said to be traditional but lacks any taste. It is purely cantine type food at industrial scale. Breakfast is... More

I was there with a motorbike adventure group; the Hotel is super nice in the middle of nowhere with a nice view over the area and town. Beautiful architecture, Rooms are extremely charming, good beds, the outside Whirlpool is warm and did magic to my tired muscles, Restaurant and Bar are good; nice extra lounge area, super friendly staff... We liked the view from the pretty balcony. Welcome song by 8 performers was fun and loud. Bed (2 pushed into one) was comfortable and pillows good. Spotlessly clean. Not so good: Flooded bathroom from a shower that would not drain. Housekeeping cleaned it up but blamed me. Bathroom basin did not drain easily either.

This was a very interesting hotel which I enjoyed very much. It's different from some brightly light hotels while it is a little on the dimmed light side, kind of like home would be. The rooms are very nice, clean and a rustic way. Beautiful pool! I took advantage of having a hammam while there. Let me tell you, if... More

We spend 1 night at the hotel, the room was so pretty, grate food , and the most amazing view. BUT..... My brother was in the room next to us and had a leak from the toilet all night right to the suitcase that was on the carpet and the hotel costumer service didn't do anything about that and didnt... On our way up, we were really impressed with the view of the hotel. The guide took us on a specific spot to take pictures of it, that is how beautiful the view is. We were welcomed by a group of men and women singing in the lobby, which was really nice. The hotel has it all: pool, bar, jacuzzi,... More

We stayed at this hotel as part of our 4 day desert excursion with Camel Excursions Morocco. I've never stayed at a hotel like this. The way it is built, lighted and decorated is superb. Fits right into the location of being so close to the desert. We were greeted with people playing music. Check in was a breeze. Our... More
