We absolutely loved staying here The hotel staff were all so wonderful and helpful throughout our stay. From confirming gym opening times, to organising a car and helping us keep our room for a late flight home there was nothing they wouldn't do to help. The rooms were beautiful, a double room and a room with outdoor jacuzzi The area is so pretty and close to local shops and the beach which has an array of restaurants and bars. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a Santorini holiday!

Excellent service from the second we arrived. Gorgeous setting. Wonderful staff team. Very clean. Newly refurbished rooms. We couldn’t use our balcony because it was too hot and there was no shade but we had a brilliant two week stay. Breakfast was excellent. Pool side service and great food. Would highly recommend. Very central location handy for everything.

We had the best 3 week holiday at Meltemi! We stayed in Room 43 for 17 nights and Room 46 for 4 nights The rooms where perfect and spotlessly clean We had 28 wedding guests also stay at Meltemi and everyone was made to feel extremely welcome The staff at Meltemi are fantastic! They made us feel very welcome and we became very fond of them all! They became like family Breakfast was amazing and the barman worked tirelessly throughout the whole day into the early evening to serve all Meltemi guests, still with a smile on their faces The lovely receptionists cannot be faulted at all! They could not have been more helpful! We kindly requested several travel cots and extra pillows between all 30 guests and they where more than happy to help Unfortunately my dad fell ill during our stay and Despina, Ellie & Roy kindly made him an appointment with the doctor and arranged for a taxi My twin sisters pushchair did not arrive in santorini when she did as her airline failed to load it onto the plane so Ellie kindly found a replacement for her We cannot thank you all enough for your kindness and hospitality during our extra special stay with you Looking forward to seeing you all again soon! This hotel has been chosen after a long search and consideration reading other reviews. First of all, I should say the apartment we booked was beautiful and the terrace view was majestic. Really enjoyed seeing the mountain, which is next to the hotel, and private bird chirping environment was very relaxing. However, one of our bedrooms that is upstairs was infested with ants marching around the bed, and we have not been able to fully use what was expected, therefore a bit of a disappointment and the rating for this reason went down.

The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating, the food is good, the hotel is clean, the room was spacious and light, excellent facilities available and in a great location. Cannot recommend enough.

Amazing experience from the moment we arrived! We were a family of four with two rooms booked, me and my husband had booked a junior suite and the children had a family room but they were upgraded to a suite on arrival with our own whirlpool which was a fab surprise! The staff were amazing!

We enjoyed our stay in Santorini because we made a right choice having picked this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bogdan was really nice to us and we loved chatting to him as well. If you are reading this-Pina colada was amazing 😀 We would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

The staff are very friendly and helpful - all of them, with extra special thanks to Andreas and Bogdan, the brothers who worked tirelessly behind the bar and kitchen throughout the day. Lovely people. Previewing the write ups before we arrived we were concerned about meals as this is a breakfast only place, but the nearby restaurants and cafes are so good, you want to try them all. Most are very well priced and the quality and volume is excellent. You can get excellent snacks at the bar throughout the day so if you just want to lie by the pool all day, you wont starve or go thirsty. We had a junior suite and were well pleased with the cleanliness, regular cleaning, We were provided with crisp clean dressing gowns and slippers, also changed frequently (not sure of the slippers, I never used them). The bed was enormous and extremely comfortable. Towels were changed dailyin addition to pool towels you can get from reception. No need to take any. The whirlpool was a luxurious treat , and very private in a sun-trap of a private patio. The pool was well cared for, regular testing and restricted when freshly treated, spotlessly clean. We had a look at some of the other nearby hotels and remain convinced we had chosen the best in Perissa. There is an adjoining Cocktail bar next door to the main entrance which is reviewed separately. Nearby you can use the supermarket for any food you may wish to store in the room's fridge. Eating and drinking your own food on the premises is not a problem here. You don't have to worry about grabbing sunbeds. Some did when they first got there, only to find they were soon in the shade and had to move. All beds around the pool get extreme sun at some point in the day. Its a beautiful hotel, superb staff, surrounded by lovely restaurants and bars. Don't think twice - choose this. Tell Andreas and Bogdan that Derek and Carol recommended you go there!…
