We had booked 2 nights at this place, and to be honest we were a bit worried about the 'rough forest track' which was mentioned to get in and also reading on TA how difficult it is for sport-cars to drive on it. But we wanted certainly stay here, from the beginning on this place triggered us and for sure... More

This a very-well renovated Chapel that has turned in a hotel whilst maintaining its beautiful heritage. Mario (the owner) is very helpful and was a great host! We ate here the first night and we would highly recommend dining in at least once to their meals! Its a place to disconnect from the internet and phone (there is no wifi... More

Words cannot describe how wonderful this place is but here goes: A beautifully decorated hotel set very high on a hill overlooking a green valley with more mountains in the background. The owner, Mario, is friendly, polite, and helpful. The dinner was superb. While we were having dinner my daughter said "This must be what heaven is like." That's the... More

We were fortunate to spend 3 nights at this fabulous spot in the north of Aragon. As your last reviewer mentioned, the approach up a rough forest 'road' was daunting - a 4WD would have been very welcome - but what awaited us made the bumpy ride worth it. The location is stunning, with barely another building to be seen.... More

We'd had slight concerns about the 5km forest track up to the hotel as we were touring Northern Spain in a very low clearance car, but we drove carefully and arrived safely with no problems whatsoever at this fabulous secluded spot in the Spanish Pyrenees - once a monastery. Mario was so welcoming, greeting us at the door and showing... More

From the moment we turned on to the gravel road that would take us to Casa de San Martin, we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the mountains. When we encountered a group of cows making their way up the same road, we were amused. And, when we caught the first view of this beautiful inn, we were amazed by... More

Truly exquisite renovated stone mansion down a long gravel road from the main motorway and sitting high on a hilltop of a valley with 360 degree views. Mario is a very attentive host and waiter catering to individual needs and tastes and demanding perfection of cuisine and hospitality with unsurpassed presentation. His house is a work of art of the... More

A divine escape from every day life!!!! This small hotel is a beautiful haven of tranquillity which has a special feel about it - set high in the hills very near to the Odessa National Park. This hotel is the total embodiment of the essence of tranquility, albeit at times to the accompaniment of the "music of the mountains", the background tinkle of the cowbells echoing across the valley. The owner, Mario, could not do enough to ensure that every last comfort is provided to his guests. He is a gentle spirit that runs the hotel... More
