I stayed here from Saturday to Sunday. Mai the lady in charge was super helpful and showed me some of the beautiful architecture of Kampong Thom itself. From elegant wooden structures, 1920s art deco shop-houses back to early french colonial buildings, all just a quick bicycle ride from the hotel (bikes are good and free for hotel residents to use!). Mai also organised Sopheak, a well informed architectural guide to show me around the buildings Kampong Thom has to offer. The place has a lovely pool lovely rooms and Mai is a great host. I fully recommend .

.. the pkace has certainly aged and has old, wirn out rooms, hence the pricepoint. Examples are amass - toilet seat kind of lose - rooms AC unclear how to control, cold, yes, ok - doors do not lock properly And so on. Abetter alt is to move on to the capital and to pass on the rustic feeling

Around 20 bungalows, privately placed in a garden is the best description we can give. There is a nice swimming pool. Friendly and very helpful staff. The village provide a nice resting point halfway between Siem Reap and Phnom Penh. It is also a great start point for a visit to Sambor Prei Kuk. (Recommended!) We stayed here for 2 nights. The food ( lunch-dinner) in the restaurant is remarkably good, as well as the breakfast. Hotel made a smart move: If the hotel is fully booked, there is a breakfast buffet. If that is not the case, there is an “a la carte” breakfast. This way it is ensured everything is fresh, giving a lot to choose from, while limiting waste as much as possible. Overall: great value for money. Well done!!!

Loved the little bungalow style accommodation and the beautiful gardens. Reception was welcoming and very helpful. We regretfully just missed being able to do the sunset cruise across the road by a half hour. Could not find anything to complain about here. Loved the staff, surroundings, accommodation and food. It was our favourite accommodation in Cambodia and Vietnam for that matter. A perfect stay.
