We had an ace time at this hotel. Lovely friendly staff, breakfasts were amazing and it's a perfect proximity to the slopes. Only small bit of confusion was for the taxi to/from Kraków as this cost us the same amount as our full 4 night stay and on the original advert on booking.com implied it was free airport transfers. The hotel did send us an email but due to the translations and similarity in costs it wasn't very clear this additional money would be required for transport. It would have also been good to have had a double duvet for the double bed instead of x2 singles. Overall though the hotel is a beautiful hotel, the staff lovely and we would go back again (budgeting for the transfers) :-)

Stayed here on the 29th of December for 1 week skiing. It is an ideal base for skiing. The hotel itself was very clean with clean rooms and lovely views. The staff were very helpful from letting us know about skiing to organising our transfer from Krakow airport. The polish breakfast is a little different to the Irish/English breakfast, so if you have little ones bring your own Cereal. The ski slope of Kotelnica is a 10 min walk or there is a bus stop across the road that takes you directly to the slopes of Kotelnica. Another bus stop to the right takes you to the slopes of Grapa, Koziniec, Kluszowce and Kaniowka. The buses are free and run frequently. This is a good value for money hotel I would gladly stay here again.
