We were extremely satisfied as a family with 2 small children. Our guys liked the beautiful, spacious Deluxe rooms, indoor and outdoor playground, quiet and large area, evening relaxation in the SPA and bowling and billiards. The only small minus was the early dinners, which were from 14:00-17:00, so we had to change our plans to make it.
From our own experience, we highly recommend and thank you for being able to visit your guesthouse.

Polska Grupa CNC would like to recommend the Burkaty guesthouse. We spent 3 days there on an integration trip. Thank you for preparing delicious meals. Service at the highest level. The reception was happy to answer any questions both at the booking stage and during the stay. We highly recommend it and we will remember our stay with you with pleasure.

We chose your guesthouse for a family celebration. We were very satisfied, both we as hosts and our guests. The accommodation was beautiful, the food excellent, the service and staff excellent. We would especially like to highlight the attitude of your employee, Mr. Krištof, who was very kind, helpful, accommodating, always smiling and in a good mood. Also the bartender in the bowling bar, who was very helpful and smiling all evening. Thank you for a welcome weekend. We will definitely come back to you.

The first day cold in the rooms. They turned on the heating when they opened. (we were coming on Thursday). Wellness the same. I literally warmed up in the wellness area while dressed. We asked for tea at the reception desk, he looked at us to see what we wanted. We had to register for dinner at 4:00 p.m. At 4:05 p.m., they knocked on our door saying that they wanted to finish and close the restaurant. And many, many more... We are not a demanding client, but we haven't experienced this in a very long time, actually anywhere. Never use this device again.

We stayed for3 nights, stuff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel has clean and cozy rooms and lots of attractions for family and kids. The localization is ideal to walk and breath mountains fresh air.

Fantastic place, nice service and great food. It's fantastic place to travel mountains. In the vicinity of Terma Bania, the Białka river and the church. At guests' disposal: bowling alley, games room, SPA, beach volleyball court, deckchairs by the Białka River. I highly recommend

We stayed here for three nights. Very nice place, near to Bania. Nice, clean rooms, very friendly service. Lots of opportunities to spend time with friends (SPA, bowling,). Delicious breakfast and cookies. Truly recommend for business, family and friends as well.

After encountering a most unhelpful woman in the tourist office in Zakopane and not much better reception at the large Mercure Hotel outside the town, we decided to move on towards Krakow and find somewhere else to stay. By good fortune, we happened on Pensjonat Burkaty, where we were made most welcome. Our room was nice, we had a lovely evening meal and all for a fair price. We would certainly go back there again if we were in the area.
