Excellent location in the Buitenveldert suburb. Easy access by public transport to the city center 15-20 minutes away. Take-away food during Corona crisis within walking distance. Spotless clean, very kind and helpful service, great value for money
The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean. Breakfast was great and the windows were effectively soundproofed. The location was great for Amsterdamse bos, which was my destination - in fact everything about the hotel was great except the decor. And this is a huge EXCEPT. Everything in the halls and rooms is painted dark dark grey, which has the effect of sucking all the colour and light out of everything. The lighting is sited at exactly the right height to be in your eyes wherever you are. I had to spend any time in the hotel with the lights off or perpetually looking at the floor so as not to be blinded by the lights. Needless to say I spent as little time as possible in my room. Please please rethink the paintwork - it ruins what would otherwise be a good hotel.…
Good price and location. Breakfast has to be pre booked and for dinner is recommended to visit cafes around. The room had cob webs between bed and the side table and stale towels were impossible to use. First day found even a lump of pubic hair folded inside a towel. Hotel needs new towels or better bring your own!!
Booked a Deluxe Twin Room with no Breakfast. Parking is good for only 10 euro per day. The only real downside was that the beds were single beds pushed together so there was always a gap between them. The sink in the bathroom was cloaked, after hotel service uncloaked it, it cloaked again (without using it). Anyways it is a good priced hotel. Would recommend.
Our stay at the hotel was a pleasant one . Nice and friendly and helpful staff. Nice ambiance .Clean and comfortable rooms . Modern and nicely situated close to the forest of Amsterdam hence the name of the hotel. Would recommend it . Amsterdam is around the corner !
