(1) water heater not function, technician check but accidentally let the mouse go into our family room, requested to change another new room immediately. (2) too many big mosquito and many ants in the room. (3) not sufficient umbrella provided to customers (4) oven with many ants inside (5) breakfast: bread with moldy, fly inside the milk bottle (6) safety...

I visited Koh Lipe in November 2016 and stayed at The Reef for 4 nights. I had the balcony room which is very very spacious, room was clean and the view out the balcony is great for the sunrise. The staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful as well. Location is pretty good, just a short distance to reach Walking Street...

We had a great balcony room with mountain view. Spacious, nicely designed and clean. The staff is very attentive and always ready to help. The only thing we didn't like was the AC. It was a bit leaky and quite weak.

I love the spacious room and the balcony. It was good enough for the three of us. Check-in was hassle free. Microwave and the water heater are available at the lobby. Walking distance to the walking street. Bicycles can be rented here too and we did and had a good time cycling around the island. However, the air-conditioner needed a...

Of course, I love the reef, I stayed here first time back in 2014 during the high season, but this time I went there alone so I was on a budget and found out that the reef has the budget room, shared bathroom, which I'm fine as I'm a backpacker, I stayed in the hostel a lot. The budget room...

We have stayed at the Reef four years ago, so we were a little bit disappointed this time. After 2 hours in the AC room it was still 30 degrees, so the AC obviously didn't work. After some discussion we could move to another room, where the AC wasn't much better, but the AC was facing the side of the...

Pricing : medium range and worth paying Cleanliness : Good Location : Out from busy street, can have good sleep. Near to Walking street and Sunrise Beach. Staff : Friendly, helpful and able to communicate well in English. The only pull back is the shared bathroom kinda small and sometimes fully occupied. Overall is great!

We stayed 4 nights at The Reef Hotel on Ko Lipe. They'll pick you up from the ferry if you let them know when you're arriving. We picked the cheapest room with shared bathrooms and fan only, which turned out to be less than ideal. The room was very small and hot, once you closed the door. Electricity is expensive...

Everything is close in Lipe. This hotel is just a little off but for us that wasn't a problem. The service is nice and the rooms are fairly clean. It cold have been less hair on the sheets though. Situated in an uphill the taxis throttle for max to get up the hill. Quite noisy but not really a problem.
