Detailed Reviews
Visited Koh Lipe for the first time with family. What a find! Can honestly say was the best holiday we've had in Thailand. The hotel is in possibly the best location on Koh Lipe - not too far from the walking street and literally on the seafront. The staff are so friendly & helpful. We booked a snorkel tour with the hotel and had our own private longtail boat and driver. The hotel provided lunch which was delicious. The facilities were spot on, breakfast very good and plentiful, swimming pools clean, always space to lounge around the pool & beach. We ate at the restaurant a few times and had their great cocktails at Happy Hour (would be good if this was a bit later from 4pm to 7pm!). We had 2 pool rooms which were spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every day by Thewika. Thank you very much. My husband left his glasses at the reception to day we left and the hotel has very kindly sent them back to us in France. I cannot honestly find anything wrong with this hotel and would highly recommend it. I cannot wait to come back! Thank you Sita Beach for a great holiday.

We came here in June, mainly as it was the low season and wanted to not see too many tourists and we were not let down at all. We checked in after a long day transferring here from Bangkok, but our first impressions were good. Our room had a broken shower and was filthy, but the staff quickly tried to clean and fix it but it didn't work so they moved us and our bags right away into another room. Problem solved!
The place so was empty that we could swim alone in both of the pools any time. The grounds were very nice, the frogs at night were awesome.
The problem at the pool was that because the place was so empty, the deck chairs were too hard to sit or lie on - and when we asked about the covers, they said there were no covers, but we did see them hidden in a shed as we walked past them every day. I guess they didn't want the extra work to put them on and off the chairs every day - it was a bit annoying as I wanted to lie in the sun there at the pool but we could just do that at the beach instead.
Breakfast - dreadful. I guess being low season they didn't really care too much about what was on the plates! They had a buffet twice and then as it was quiet they moved to a menu and cooking it "fresh" for us... either way it was cold and not too great. The chinese offering (dumplings) were nice but even they were taken away as well. The juice was so sweet even I (and I love overly sweet juices) was not able to drink more than a couple sips. It was a pity as if the food was better we'd have had dinner and drinks there. But we did all our meals outside the hotel.
The staff are lovely, they always greeted us and we got a farewell gift too. We stayed an extra day and the room was saved for us another day no problem.
Hotel was a nice little walk down the beach to the Walking Street. The beach was well maintained and the stray dogs so friendly! I really did love my time on this island!
Will we come back? Maybe. The low season meant it was quiet which we liked but it meant that the staffing was low and they were almost on holiday themselves... but overall I did enjoy the hotel.

+1
Although we selected the cheapest accommodation with garden view on top of the hill, we certainly had a great say. The room was large and quiet with a large balcony and close to one of the 2 swimming pools and the second reception desk which was only open some hours per day. The main reception is situated at beach level. The walk to our room went uphill but we were always offered to drive us there by golf cart. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are deck chairs on the beach and towels are available. The buffet breakfast was good. Also the food in the restaurant although the staff there was not working very efficiently there in the evening.

it s a very quiet place which is unlike the common tourists hotspot , not many people, feel very relaxing and calming. you can see beach in close distance.
The beach behind the hotel is very clean and nice. Even in the early morning or late afternoons you can stroll by the beach and feel like the master of the island

We really enjoyed our 4 nights at this resort. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to help you.
The room was modern and in good condition, although the outdoor bathroom is a slight issue for mosquitoes and other insects at night. Maybe TV could have English channels for viewing.
Both pools were barely used and very peaceful. Public areas were kept tidy, although the cushions on the sun loungers by reception could use a wash.
Breakfast had a good variety.
I would happily stay here again.

It’s a beautiful property with ample amenities.
The service and staff are highly co-operative,polite and smiling.it’s a beach front hotel and I have fully enjoyed my stay here.breakfast was decently good.I have ordered for vegetarian breakfast which they specially got prepared from kitchen separately which was appreciable.

This was a beautiful resort with wonderfully spacious rooms which were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. I also found the staff friendly and helpful. I was greeted off the boat and transported to the hotel where a lovely welcome was given. The same happened in reverse upon checkout. The breakfast buffet always had a nice selection of food and was filling. My only slight criticism, as others have also mentioned, was that my room at the top of the resort was a fair trek up and down stairs and hills to the beach and breakfast area. However, there were buggies available but they could only take you part of the way. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would consider booking again but with a room nearer the beach.

Really liked this place. You can walk into town which isn't too far, or grab a cheap taxi which are set price and easy to get. The main pool was getting fixed, but there was another pool that was good to use as well. Right in front of a gorgeous beach, absolutely stunning. Staff were fantastic, very attenntative and friends and willing to assist. The resort is really nice, nice big rooms with a balcony. Nothing to fault here and will be back. Good priced too

I like this hotel because the room is so massive even some facilities in room are a bit old. The service is good, nice staff. I bought a package from hotel directly , everything is included in package; picking van, speedboat, truck, dinner, tour, lunchbox etc. I hardly pay for anything there, it is completed in package. Very nice experience there.

+1
Magnificent resort hotel right on the beach. Wonderful accommodations with large swimming pool and many other amenities too! Our room was very spacious with a comfortable large bed. The bathroom was also large and located in a separate room. It had a great shower and even a bath tub. The staff were very friendly and breakfast buffet was excellent! It was only a short walk to the Walking Street shops and restaurants there.

Hi there are no airports near to this place , it's an island with Howard being the only way on and out . Closest airports are langkawi, Malaysia or Phuket , karabi Thailand and from here u need to take a ferry to koh lipe.
La Wi-Fi funziona ovunque, consiglio di comprare sull’isola la tourist sim, ad un costo irrisorio ...
