This hotel is poorly managed, and the food and attitudes towards foreigners is unacceptable. Many of these attitudes are sponsored by the system here. The staff is very nice, but works within a very difficult framework!

Located at central of seria town. Restaurants, groceries, ATMs surrounded. Not far from Brunei Shell Petroleum. The hotel provide complementary car to BSP, anduki etc with fix schedule. Room is clean with balcony for every rooms. but the bed cover not changed until a few days, need improvement

بسم الله (1) It is middle area either you could go to Kuala Belait or Lumut. Expat choose this hotel it is nearest to BLNG (Gas Plant) for business. (2) Strategic Location 10 minutes walk to Beach / Oil & Gas Discovery Centre It is in shopping buildings. Everywhere has market, shop, restaurant, & food court. 5-7 minutes walk to Mosque. Contra - No swimming Pool.

While i was on my stay at Roomz Hotel i enjoyed it very much just there was some strange people and also very loud moans comming from above me making it very hard for me to sleep at night. The staff were execlent and the views were avrage but other wise i loved every part of my stay at roomz hotel

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Great views from the 7th floor - north facing window which means I can enjoy sunrise in the mornings, and sunset in the evenings. Very warm and friendly and helpful staff. They arranged transportation very well. Also enjoyed breakfast room service and dinner. The room is small but clean and adequate. Good wifi speed but sometimes a bit slow.

Like the fact that they have a tie up with the gym, that gives you something to do in Seria..otherwise you can bored to death here. I did find that just running about the town was pretty entertaining. Don't expect much ..but since the hotel has a lot of business travelers it provides you with the basic necessities. There are many shops in the vicinity where you can purchase anything you want..except alcohol and cigarettes. The room was cozy and we'll maintained. It's good that everyroom has a balcony especially since it faces the sea.

I have been to this hotel only 1 time and stay 2 nights. I went there for business. The room is not so big, the shower is not so clean. Well the food is ok. I find that it is a bit hard to go there by public transport.

This is a standard business hotel in a location that is handy to food and shops in Seria. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially in helping with transport and food. Rooms are clean, smallish but functional. Nice balcony and view towards the sea from every room. Free and reliable wifi. Certainly very suitable for work trip. I'll use again.

Interestingly, the hotel offers BND 50, 80 & 100 for half day, standard bed with breakfast and standard queen bed without breakfast but for regular corporate customer, 120 ie. 20 more. Room clean, mattress firm enough, showed tiles could do with a better scrub, black fungi growing.......
