Stayed 3 nights for a business trip. On arrival, i made enquiry of how to make an international call from my room phone, unfortunately the staff at the reception told me that they have no idea how to do that because no hotel guest had ever made that request. In the room, their is a notice which indicates the charges for making an international call. Go figure eh? On the day of my check out, the reception staff informed me their credit card machine was not working and therefore asked me to pay by cash. If i had no cash with me, then i had to fill in a form and release my private 3pin number on my credit card to them for them to credit my card at a later time. I refused this request because i did not feel safe releasing my 3pin private number. So, i had no choice after checking out in the morning, i had to make another trip back to the hotel in the afternoon just to settle my bill. This is my 3rd stay at this hotel in the last 4 years. I’m disappointed with the hotel management for not making sure all these facilities are ready for guests. Breakfast in the morning was good, cleanliness was fine. I may not return to this hotel in the future.

Not a bad hotel, it was comfortable stay with normal service and food was normal too. I liked the room since it was spacious and provided a separate living room for your television. The hotel looked worn out and needs a new face lift.

I began with inquiring on the rooms' availability for a night stay. The guy who answered my call talked to me in English but sadly even he cannot understand my most simple English. I asked to be transferred to a staff who can understand English well however he stated he is THE ONLY staff at the reservation and that he is there temporary (because he's from other hotel). Simply said he did not know about the hotel such as how many Family room are there at the hotel!! I even rephrased my question to get a simple answer. He kept on saying about other types of room. That was enermously frustrating.

Brew Coffee in the Hotel cafeteria can be rated as the best in the area, Latte and Americano. Located in the heard of all you can get. great restaurant and supermarket just within 5min walking radius. Park and leisure like nature and river also within the 10min walking radius.

One has only a handful of poor choices in KB and this is probably one of the better ones, the very good rating is relative to it's peer. Location allows you to walk to eateries, which other hotels lack. Renovated rooms on lower floors are modern and good. I liked the bed and pillows, overall pretty happy with my stay.
