First of all, I think it has an unusual design. This is one of the most important features that make the hotel special. The comfort of the rooms quite met my expectations. The pool area and the fireplace area where breakfast was served were very enjoyable. Since its location is 3 minutes walking distance to Alaçatı center, you can enjoy pleasant walks without having to take out your vehicle. In addition, the friendliness and hospitality of the employees was also valuable.

Local House offered us a hotel experience that managed to differentiate itself in Alaçatı, which is surrounded by very similar hotels, and while doing so, chose to be original rather than exaggerated. It was a holiday experience where we found ourselves in a peaceful environment, the service quality was very high, and we enjoyed delicious food while relaxing our minds. We thank you!

Everything was perfect, we would have liked to stay longer. A very stylish and clean outdoor space. The visuality is magnificent, every corner of the hotel is like a separate detail carefully thought out, a work of art. Rooms design..

A wonderful and tasteful hotel. The employees are very friendly and polite. It also received full marks for cleanliness. Alacati is a hotel with a pool, close to everywhere, where you will wake up quietly and with the sound of birds. But we loved the food the most. We didn't want to eat outside. Thanks The Local House.

The black pearl of Alaçati 🖤 is a unique hotel with its extraordinary design, comfort and cleanliness. We never looked for an alternative with the kindness of the employees and the extraordinary taste of the food. The decoration of the hotel gives you a visual feast, a hotel where every detail has been carefully considered. It meets all your expectations at the highest level. You do not need to look for another place for the hotel. You can code it as a non-reversible address.

A quality, clean hotel. The cuisine is made by master hands. The breakfast food and drinks are very delicious. Every detail of the hotel is of very high quality. The employees are friendly, well-mannered and trained in tourism and hotel management. I think there is no boutique hotel of comparable quality to this hotel in Çeşme.

Alaçatı's specially designed exceptional hotel, you can even see Hakan AKKAYA's signatures inside the hotel. Additional items such as bathrobes, shaving kits, washcloths, etc. are available in the rooms and the color choices are also very nice.

I think it is the best among Alaçatı hotels as far as I have seen. I think the friendliness of the employees, food and drinks, environment, atmosphere and location were very nice, I recommend it to everyone. I went to Alaçatı for the first time, I was very pleased with the hotel.
