This newly renovated B&B is in a great location, on an amazing island! Diego and Michaela were great hosts: knowledgeable, accommodating, gracious. Breakfasts on the terrace were delicious. Marettimo is amazing - we spent three days there hiking, swimming, eating, and strolling through town. We hope to be back there soon!

Marettimo is a wonderfully quiet little island and the B&B matches that; you come and go as you please and feel immediately relaxed. The rooms are cool and spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Only thing missing was some lounges and shade on the roof terrace but I'm sure they're there by now for summer.

We spent two nights at La Tartaruga last October. There were things we liked about it and other things, well, not so much. Good points included its central location, our clean and comfortable bedroom with its own door onto the street, and good breakfast. The drawback was in our interactions with the owner, Diego, where our experience differed substantially from... More

This is definitely the best I have been so far since several years. Efficient, clean, great guest and fab hosts. Nice kitchen, clean well organized, great rooms, nice set up. Well equipped. Nice communal areas, wifi works properly. It is not the party hostel for USA students, perfect for peaceful evenings and great conversations. Thanks!

We had a lovely stay in Tartaruga B&B and we hope to come back soon!!! The place is very cozy, with nice, clean and picturesque rooms and a sunny terrace where you can taste the very rich breakfast, with home-made surprises (we had the muffins!), delicious local honey, fresh bread, fruits and everything you would like. The b&b has been... More

It was really a nice surprise, a beautiful and very comfortable accommodation in little Marettimo island. The owner Diego is a lovely person and his passion for what he's doing was very clear since the beginning, B&B recently renovated with care and good taste; no TV in the room (but available in the shared space) also a plus and in... We had a brilliant stay here. The hosts were kind, quick to fulfil our needs and whims, and the breakfasts were top notch (we even had cake! the best coconut cake I've ever had too, I might add). Rooms were very clean, cool and the shower a joy to spend time in. A TV would have been much appreciated (we... More

What a fabulous place to stay, the tartaruga has been beautifully renovated and is in a quiet part of the town. Excellent value and very well appointed, we wished we could have stayed longer. Explore the roof terrace, there are wonderful views down the coast. This is a special place and we will definitely return
