The Reception Staff were lovely and very helpful, quick check in qas quick, no problems at all with the stay. I would recommend if you are near Polegate to use this Premier Inn. Having the Restaurant next door is really really useful to.

Booked in for one night. Having stayed before we know to ask for a room at the end of the corridor away from the stairs. All good, no complaints. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms as usually found in Premier Inns. Had a nice meal at the Treacle Mine across the car park. Also has a McDonalds over the road...

This is without doubt the best Premier Inn I have stayed in. The staff are the most friendly and helpful I have met and I've stayed in loads of these hotels. The check in is painless and quick. Rooms are spotless as they are in all Premier Inns and cleaned every day. The restaurant is also excellent. 5🌟s

Although this hotel is situated at a busy intersection it is a convenient, clean hotel for a one night stop over. Friendly and helpful staff in the hotel and the restaurant next door served reasonable pub food depending upon choice .

The hotel was easy to find the room was one of the newly refurbished rooms. Shame the cleaner could not see the huge collection of cobwebs in Room 119. The Treacle mine next door was excellent and the food was too.

All receptionist staff were really friendly, had a really nice conversation with a young lad. Room was all modern very clean. As usual shower was perfect, nice hot water. Beds very comfortable. The only thing i will say when heating is not on during the night and you get out of bed and it can be cold.

We were attending an event nearby and chose this hotel. It was excellent, easy to find, very clean and the staff were very friendly and efficient. There is a restaurant next door, called Treacle Mine which serves the most delicious food, we ate at lunchtime and breakfast, everything was cooked to perfection. I would certainly recommend this hotel and restaurant...

We booked to stay here on a friend's recommendation. The hotel is located by a large, very busy roundabout which is not easy to negotiate by car; but once in the car park, everything went smoothly. The room was clean and comfortable, and facilities were of the high standard we have come to expect of Premier Inns. The Treacle Mine...
