The customer service was very good. I felt Japanese hospitality. The building is old, but it is clean and comfortable. Although there is no outdoor bath in the main building, you can also use hot springs at Shiiba Sanso, so we recommend you to visit before getting dark.

Do you really want to have 24 hours onsen? Do you like to enjoy Japanese style room at the hotel? You can do it at Taishokan. Dinner is the great Japanese style Kaisei with a wonderful service. Furthermore, breakfast has been served with Japanese style and western style. Foods are really healthy and local. Price is amazingly reasonable.

There is an interesting steam spa for feet (free of charge) close to the Ryokan Good services with reasonable English. Close to shopping area at Ureshino. Extra-paid massage is good for relaxation.

Stayed for one night at this hotel in the center of Ureshino Onsen. Very good spa facility with 2 public baths in the hotel and the 3rd one up on the hill about 10 minutes drive on hotel shuttle bus. Dinner and breakfast were both tasty with varieties of dishes.

I stay there with my co-workers. This hotel is one of biggest hotels in Ureshino hot spring resort. Owing to repeats of expending rooms, I think the arrangement is a little complicated and a kind of maze. Baths in guest rooms are made of wood, which is called Hinoki. We Japanese call them “Hinoki-buro” and those baths makes them more comfortable than other types of baths. This is very rare, I think, and one of good points this hotel has. Japanese-style meals this hotel serves are also good and these quantities are enough. The best point of this hotel is its employees’ service. They will make your hearts warm.
