It was great because we could see the beautiful ocean every day.
Our family looks forward to eating the fried shrimp set meal at the hotel restaurant on the first night.
We eat so much that we're already full.
After the COVID-19 pandemic, we were finally able to visit Okinawa, and we were delighted with the food, which was the same as it was a few years ago.
I've never been with foreigners before, but there were a lot of them here.
I always think that if the dryers after washing could be gas-powered, it wouldn't be so crowded and more people could use them without stress.
Staff was very friendly and tried to help even if they didn't know English.
Food was ok - had better food in other places in Japan. The view from the restaurant is fantastic.
Rooms: It's already a bit used. They could easily improve by just putting some new color on the walls and exchanging the cushions and some furniture.
Onsen: Men and women are separated, no mixed onsen. Quite old.
Wifi: Average.
Breakfast and dinner are cosy and sumptuous. There was a young vibe to service.
We walked down to beach, which was Hawaii quality with warm water so clean and clear. This is one of our favorite beaches in Okinawa
The dinner was big and delicious. The breakfasr was limited choices but good.
Overall the hotel is quite old, the pool need renovation and let the guests enjoy it.
The staff was very kind.
Customer service - OUTSTANDING.
Full breakfast - your choice from two options.
Excellent room service!!! Example - We came in from a morning at the beach and happened to bring in quite a bit of sand with us. After asking for maid service, they came and gave our room a thorough cleaning - changed bed linens, dusted, cleaned the floors, scoured the bathroom top to bottom along with fresh towels and accesories. We were only asking for the floor to be cleaned and fresh towels.
Refrigerater and hot water pot provided, however, no microwave.
We did have a sleeping problems due to uncomfortable pillows - a minor detail.
OVERALL - THIS HOTEL FAR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS IN MOST EVERY WAY!!!
Only real downside was the breakfast, which was nice and decent variety of Japanese and western dishes, but service bowls and platters were often empty and when refilled, portions were so tiny that they were soon again empty. In practise, they were empty if you were not among the first guests having breakfast.
