I like the traditional ambiance AND hospitality. Wonderful place to visit..peaceful environment...traditional cuisines...beautiful weather here in ,october.. Those who loves Japaneese cuisines should never miss this hotel kameya...break fast was awesome...with variety of salAd bars and traditional items...IN short..worth FOR money worth visiting.

There are some hot springs on the first and sixth floor.All of them are closed to the nature~The people here are so kind and nice.The environment is so quiet and its a perfect place to have fun and have a good rest.

I am having a trip to Tohoku and I was in Kameya hotel last night. it was wonderful. especially I enjoyed dinner, it was a perfect. thank you very much, I will come again, also I will recomend this hotel to my friends

Hotel is very nice! Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, comfortable and beautiful! But the best part is onsen, they have two one indoor and one outdoor. You should try outdoor one in evening and indoor one in the morning with the beautiful view from the window. Breakfast is awesome you can enjoy traditional food and european food and... More

It's my first time here in Tohoku region. Apart from very breathtaking scenario at Geibi Gorge and Secret temple at Chuson-ji, Hotel Kameya also fulfill my wonderful trip. Have been to this hotel during my trip to Tohoku and absolutely loved it. The staffs are very polite and helpful. The rooms are traditional Japanese style.They have couple of Hot Springs (Japanese public bath) so, it's very easy to relax whenever you want. Went there for a weekend trip. The place is great and so is the staff. They speak little English, but they will make sure to make your stay there very pleasant. booked it via internet and it was our first time to stay in a japanese style hotel that offers two meals (around 10000 yen per person ). since the hotel is a bit far away from the rail staion narukoonsen, which says go on foot would normally take you around 15 mins but only a 5 min if by taxi....
