Check In Date Sept Location Kinosaki, Japan Style Japnese Ryokan with onsen Room Room with dinner and breakfast I have to be honest, Onishiya Suishoen wasn't my top choice for a Ryokan with an onsen in Kinosaki. Actually, it wasn't even on my top 10 list although it is number 3 on Tripadvisor.com. I do trust Tripadvisor very much on... More

The overall service was impeccable. All the staff were helpful, courteous and the services were next to none. We got upgraded from a western style room to a ryokan room. We did not book the breakfast and dinner option hence we were unable to eat there even if we wanted to. The hotel has shuttle bus to town and there... More

Very nice place to stay in Kinosaki. The only consideration is that the location is a bit far from the Main Street in Kinosaki, but as a more affordable option this is great. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is very peaceful, and the baths are lovely and clean. They have a beautiful central courtyard where they project movies over... More

I can't speak highly enough about this place -- the staff is friendly, the facilities are downright gorgeous, from the courtyard to the koi pond to the lounge area -- such a beautiful ryokan. The onsen on-site is fabulous, and it is so easy to get a ride to town on-demand, or it is an easy 10 minute walk. I... More

Chose this Ryokan based on the reviews and the fact it was quite a bit cheaper to stay compared to the Ryokan in the main street of Kinosaki. Although it's not too far to the actual main street with the public Onsen, they offer free drop off and pickup. Very friendly staff! Recommend to have your dinner in the ryokan... More

Stayed a night here when visiting Kinosaki Onsen. We had an excellent stay, service was impeccable from everyone. The hotel's indoor onsen was clean and efficient. The duvet cover and pillow were exceptionally comfortable. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! From seeing our names on the welcome board, the peaceful reception area overlooking gardens to the traditional dinner served in our room by the most delightful young lady! The township of Kinosaki is also a must see!

Excellent stay, upscale ryokan with an amazing diner and breakfast spread. We had the crab dinner which ended up with each of us having around 2 snow crabs + a bunch of other stuff as per a traditional kaiseki meal. It was so much crab that by the end, we were going "more crab?!" The ryokan itself is very clean... More

I have stay two night in this hotel in kinoshaki onsen. When you check in, the staff are polite and give you a hot sling voucher to you. With this voucher, you can enjoy the 7 hot spring in near by area free of charge. It need around 15 minutes walk from the station and viewpoints in the town. However,... More

Excellence service. Great in-house onsen. (Even better than all 7 public onsen) Room is clean and very comfortable. A bit far from walking street but they provide shuttle bus during 4pm-11pm. (Free any time to train station) Fast free wifi.
