We offer a choice of spacious two & three bedroom houses - designed to provide a a comfortable ‘home away from home’. We stayed at the townhouse for seven weeks while building work was taking place at our house. A really lovely house in a great location. The beds are super comfy, lots of wardrobe space too. The kitchen is fully equipped and the space is light and airy. A really useful laundry area downstairs too and having a garden was a bonus! We felt comfortable and at home right away and Amy was a great host. Highly recommend for anyone looking for temporary accommodation in the sale area.

We have returned to The Townhouse several times since our first stay 2 years ago. This trip from abroad was timed for the wedding of our daughter. Taking advantage of the two bedrooms, we shared some of the stay with family of our new son-in-law. Amy was tremendously helpful in getting them settled into the property and the area as they flew in from a different country over a week before we arrived into Sale.
As always the place was spotless and fully functional. All the amenities we could want, and they all worked perfectly. Extra linens were supplied to accommodate the second couple and the total 5-week duration of the rental.

The townhouse was very comfortable light filled modern and convenient for Sale. Nice neighborhood walks to both Ashton on Mercy and Sale. The host was very responsive kind and helpful. The listing was accurate. A great place to stay while visiting relatives. Full kitchen made it easy to cook.

I am writing this review too late but there was some problem that time and I could not post the review then. We stayed in Oakfield in 2010. Nonetheless I want to write this review now as this place deserves to be praised and mentioned.
It was my first trip to UK and the Oakfield Court made it the best stay ever outside country for me. We stayed there for 1 month. The apartment we had was beautifully decorated, everything was spick and span and very very clean. The colour combinations used in the apartment were so soothing and nice. The hosts Amy and Gavin are the best hosts I have ever seen anywhere. They ensured everything we needed was there in the apartment right from cooking utensils, crockery, internet Wi-Fi services, a table and a chair etc in the apartment. All in all a perfect Service Apartment!!!
Amy was very helpful and gave me all the information about the city and nearby places to roam around or shopping. This place is very well connected through bus, train etc. There are all big supermarket chains like Sainsbury, Tesco, M&S nearby at walking distance. So it’s easy to buy things leisurely at your own pace and time.
All in all I would highly recommend this place for stay. And am sure I would also visit this place if there is a chance to go again to Manchester ever.

Whilst in between houses we stayed at Oakfield Court for 5 weeks during the summer . The ground floor apartment was tastefully furnished and spotless, Amy, the owner, couldn't have done any more for us, she was always contactable for anything we needed. Local area had plenty of bars and restaurants close by, which was brilliant for us. Couldn't fault the place, and would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a short term let.

Oakfield Court provided a very comfortable and accommodating stay. The apartment itself was luxurious, equipped for everything we needed in the kitchen. We spent many evenings in the lounge watching TV with the full iPlayer and Netflix set up.
The beds are very comfortable, and the cleaning service meant that the house was pristine and therefore allowed us to focus on the work we need to do without distractions.
Amy took such good care of us, attending our every need. A master of hospitality.
I would stay there again in a heart beat.

We selected Oakfield from the other reviews left on tripadvisor, and we were not disappointed with our choice. Amy, the owner, warmly welcomed us and explained to us the necessary information which helped us to set off. The apartment is clean and has all the requirements for a week stay away from home. My 6 year old daughter was also at home with toys and books left in the apartment for her to play with. It is close to public transport and shops, in a very quiet area and not far from the centre. Would consider it again should we visit Manchester another time. Thanks

My wife and I recently stayed five weeks in Oakfield Court. The fact that this was our tenth stay there speaks for our overall satisfaction. In fact, Amy made it a point to provide a special surprise in recognition of our tenth visit. Our apartment, the location and, especially, the management combine to offer a great place to stay in the Sale area, for a brief or lengthy period, whether for business or pleasure.

I stayed here in Apartment B as part of my time in Manchester through my work. I was on-site for 3 weeks.
Having arrived at 7pm on a Sunday night Amy was there to greet me and awaiting my arrival with a smile. She gave me a brief overview of all the amenities and how they worked and left me to it. Great start, after such a long drive all I wanted was to sleep and was greeted by a lovely bed with excellent coverings and plenty of pillows etc...
All the furnishings, fixtures and fittings were of an excellent quality and included was a decent Sony Smart TV, DVD player as well.
Cleaning was completed weekly and to a very high standard.
There is little in the way of disturbances in the immediate vicinity and therefore the evenings are quiet and relaxing.
However only a short walk (Less than 5-10 mins) is restaurants, pizza, subway, other food outlets, and only a short drive away to the city centre and shopping.
Overall, I would not hesitate to stay at Oakfield Court again, recommend it to my colleagues and friends and re-visit if ever in the area.

Our family of four stayed at the townhouse in Barkers Lane for over a month over Christmas and New Years. We loved our time there. The living area was plenty big enough and having the space downstairs to store things, including wet coats and shoes in winter was great. It was also a great base from which to get to know Manchester. There's a lovely village with local supermarkets and pubs just a short walk away and Sale with all it's shops and restaurants is also an easy walk, as is the tram stop which takes you down to Altrincham or into the city. There are also some great parks and playgrounds near by and a walk or run along the canal is lovely. Amy and her brother did a great job looking after us (thank you!).
