We booked the Villages Suites last minute. We travelled to Blue Mountain for a day trip but ended up wanting to stay over night. We booked on phone as what we were quoted online vs the Blue mountain 1800 # it was $25 cheaper online. The great thing about these suites is that they are in the heart of the... More

Stayed at the Grand Georgian the weekend before the Labor Day Weekend. They allowed us to check in early ~1pm, and let us check out late as well ~1pm. Great location as you are within walking distance to all the shops within the village and the village activities (wall climbing, ridge coaster, ...). If you have a family, I would... More

We stayed at The Grand Georgian over the long weekend. We had a great time. The room had everything we needed. Bathroom could use some updates. Everything was clean. Check in and checkout was very quick and easy. Staff was super friendly and professional. They use a LOT of chlorine in their Hot Tubs. I mean by the amount of... More

Check in was a breeze, with helpful staff at the front desk. Suite was a bit dated, but clean and fairly spacious. The kitchenette was well stocked with utensils etc, and we liked using it to prepare breakfasts and lunches. The bed was fairly comfortable, and my son said the pullout sofa bed was ok as well. As we faced... More

Our yearly trip to the Blue. So much to do for the family in the village, and near by activities. The Ridge Runner is a must! Only disappointment was that the pool clearly states no food or alcohol , yet people had full picnics at the tables and this attracted a lot of bees. Other people openly drinking in the... More

I was pleasantly surprised upon arriving to our room at the Grand Georgian. I booked on Booking.com and did not know what to expect. The room is really big for a hotel room with a full kitchen. I did not know that when booking, since my boyfriend loves to cook we would have brought up groceries to cook breakfast and... More

The staff at reception was friendly and helpful when needed. The hotel itself is at the base of Blue Mountain so it is very close the Ridge Runner, Zip lines, Ski Hills etc. The room was a good size with a King Bed and ensuite bathroom. The kitchenette was pretty well equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The... More

With the summer winding down, we decided to make the drive up to Blue Mountain and stay in the village over night with two other families. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon around 230. Understandably, our rooms were not ready however the front desk staff at the Grand Georgian were extremely accommodating and cooperative. They gave us room keys and... More

A typical tourist trap hotel relying on the steady flow of business and leisure seekers. There is nothing redeeming about this hotel. Staff is impolite, no greetings, rooms are dark and dated (1990s?!) and not clean. Trash left on floor, untidied etc... Even with generous tip. Cushions not even on couch when I arrived, someone's clothing left in closet. I... More
