We had beautifully prepared meals that were a highlight of our trip. The staff was very hospitable, some with a good communication skills in English. The stay was pleasant and traditional with a very nice room.

I cannot comment on sakuraya as haven't stayed there. I would say that the experience of dining and staying at Bekkan was terrific. A very traditional stay with wonderful hosts
