I've never felt more unwelcome. Door to the reception was locked upon arrival. The place looked deserted. After wandering around for awhile (door to the annexe was open), we decided to phone the hotel. No explanation or apology just a 'I will be there in a minute'. We got our bag from the car and as we walked backed to... More

Very disappointed with this hotel. We stayed in this hotel on business travel in April 2015 following a recommendation. Unfortunately it turns out the hotel has changed ownership in the last year or so and the quality of the service, food and the hotel in general has dramatically dropped as a result. I will not stay there again.

I've stayed only 1 night in this old mansion in town centre which is nicely maintained and furnished. I've not eaten at the hotel so can't rate the restaurant. But the rooms are clean with plenty of space, good sleeping quality.

Promising exterior, looks like a Film set of a WW2 Officers mess during the Occupation. Non-smoking room reeked of stale smoke. Mention to manager met with a Gallic shrug 'c'est possible'. Beautifully cooked classic French food. Be aware however that the €15 'white & red wine selected by our experts' consisted of two glasses of an ordinary Chardonnay, not as I... More

We stayed in this hotel last week. We had a Logis de France book and had a little difficulty finding it because we didn't have a map, but that became unimportant. We chose a room in the main house which was a bit more expensive but the room was fabulous. It was really spacious with double aspect and really tasteful... More

You are never quite sure about old mansion/villa style hotels but this one is really very nice. The access to the car park is a bit hairy as you have to cross the traffic pulling out from the side street! Once in the hotel strikes as typically old fashioned but it works. The room we had was at the top... More

My husband and I were delighted by our over night stay at this hotel. Not all went quite as planned (due in main part to my inadequate French!). We arrived expecting to eat lunch at the hotel but meals are only available in the evening. Daniela Jadronova ( Adjointe de Direction) took control and got us a table for 2... More

To be sure, you cannot expect a great diversity in those small countryside and not touristic towns, but this one foots the bill. Likes: - Old mansion, well refurbished in the main building, some antiques, great lobby. - Good rooms, bed and large bathrooms (note that I took a Deluxe in the main building). - Good location next to main... Had a one night stop at this hotel. My room was located on the third floor and was ver spacious. Clean and tidy but old and a little musty. Noted a plaque on the outside of the hotel dated 1941. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and had a good shower. Dinner had no vegetarian options although they... More

I arrived late at night after a one hours drive from CDG airport. Man at reception was polite and helpful. I had room 102 which was on the first floor up two flights of steps. The room was in the older part of the hotel and on first inspection was quite impressive. The room was large with very high ceilings... More
