We stayed this hotel for a night last month. We had a lovely spacious room with beautiful mountain's view and there were some wild monkeys outside the hotel!!! You could enjoy the public hot spring bath in the hotel as well. Dinner was buffet style which you will have so many choices of foods and they are really nice!! We...

The buffet dinner and breakfast is impressive. The room is nice and big . But being a big hotel, it lacks the personal touch that a smaller ryokan offers, such as bringing you up to your hotel after check in. But the view from the lobby is beautiful and there are free snacks and coffee for you to indulge while...

This ryokan is value for money. Their buffet dinner and breakfast is very good both in quantity and quality. The view to double red bridge from hotel is spectacular. The location is close to Unazuki train station. The only problem is there isn't non-smoking room.

We stayed at New Otani Unazuki for one night in late April as part of a tour and it was Japanese hospitality at its best. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially as the hotel comes with breath-taking views of the Unazuki mountains. Our traditional Japanese-style tatami room was spotless and unexpectedly spacious. There were tea-making facilities plus...

We stayed here for one night after coming down from Mt. Tateyama. It was a great hotel with a nice onsen to stay in. We also woke up to the great view of the mountains. The area is also great. The staff and the area is really nice, also the service is good and the staff are friendly and accomodating....
