We actually booked the cheapest room for two, but when we complained about the banging noises coming from kids in the next room, the hotel manager apologised to us and upgraded our room to a much newer, cleaner, modern room! (probably only possible during the off season period)
Dinner was served in a small private room for each group of customers.
Food was excellent, although the amount of the whole meal was too volumey that we both couldn't finish every dish.
Hot spring was great! They had indoor and outdoor hot springs.
Not big tubs, but nice and clean so that's fine.
Not sure if the staff can speak in English but if I ever can, I'd love to take oversea visitors to this place for them to experience the true traditional Japanese cultures :) More
