This is my 2nd visit to the area and stay at the hotel. Came to town for the dance festival in July. Room is a bit quaint, but at least you can control the AC and make it colder for those hot summer days. Most hotels in japan don't have the ability to adjust to make it colder. It is... More

Had a lovely room, with a fantastic view. Saw Mount Fuji during my first day though after that it is always cloudy and misty but still fantastic. Staffs are very friendly and courteous even though they dont really speak english. Rooms are very comfortable

I stayed here for 2 weeks last year. Its well located close to the train station. The hotel its somewhat dated no wifi but you do get a router for your room. The service here is excellent. The staff are all extremely helpful and courteous. I had to extend my stay a couple of days and they accommodated me without... More

Whilst the hotel may be of some age, the rooms remain comfortable and well maintained, even if not very modern. What struck me as outstanding was the quality of the service, from check in throughout the stay and to the taxi door as I departed. Service standards that many hotels can certainly learn a great deal, Smiling, courteous and efficient,... More

Great hotel very close to the station. The double bed room was large and very comfortable for two people. The room even had a view looking out to the city. The staff were friendly and the internet was very reliable. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Next time I would make sure to book a non-smoking room. I was lucky to... More

Very clean and comfortable hotel, but needs some updates. For example; 1. No Wifi in rooms. Need rental equipment. 2. Go google mail access. I do no know why? Router filtering? 3. Bed mattress is bit old and uncomfortable. 4, shower faucet is old style. No temp control. 5. I got smoking room even I reserve NON smoking. 清潔で良いホテルですが、何故かホテル内インターネットでgmail受信できず。

Stayed here with my wife and 2 children (both in their early teens). We were allocated a decent sized room with 2 twin beds and a sofa bed, which was spotless, relatively modern and quiet. Breakfast buffet was OK but choices were limited. Had to pay extra for overnight parking, which was reasonably priced and comparable to the rest of... More

We stayed for two weeks while touring and visiting family. The hotel is modern, very clean, and comfortable. The staff is very competent and made every effort to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. There was always someone at the desk who spoke English, which was very helpful. We stayed in two rooms during our stay. The first was a... More

I stayed at the Crest while visiting the nearby University of Tokyo campus. It's really a great choice if you find yourself in Kashiwa. The rooms are quite large, the staff seemed very friendly and helpful, and it's conveniently located - the Narita airport bus (which is not, alas, very frequent) stops directly outside and the train station is only... Last minute booking at The Crest Hotel and it was well worth it! Room rate when we stayed was between 9500 and 11500 Yen per night (approx £58-71). This was unbelievably reasonable in comparison to other hotels/hostels of a similar price which were far lower quality. It was immaculate and the staff were wonderfully hospitable. They all spoke English well... More
