The hotel is pretty good, there is generally some English spoken which helps a great deal. The breakfast is first class with a great choice, though it can be very busy when it opens at 06:30. The bus to Tokyo picks stops at the hotel, though sadly it doesn't stop at Narita airport. The only real negatives are that it...

Good clean hotel, located at the center of Kashima. Breakfast is great, which makes up for limited options when it comes to dinner. Rooms are clean and quiet - strangely only broadband (wire) connection (no Wi-Fi) for internet connection. Staff helpful, but only one or two on each shift speak English.

I stayed here for two nights and it was all excellent. I was from Haneda airport and I took the airport bus which actually stops over at the hotel's doorstep. It was a good hotel. food was excellent, service was incomparable, and the location was good. Just around the area were a lot of restaurants and convenient stores. The only...

This hotel is located in a nice area with many restaurants nearby. The included breakfast each morning offers much variety in Japanese and American cuisine. The room was fine. Wifi was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

With little competition this was a most adequate hotel in a small town about an hour's drive from Tokyo. Disappointing that there was no internet of wi-fi at all - in such a technologically advanced nation - or so I thought. Room was a good size. Pillow (yes, just the one) was incredibly hard, but a slightly softer one was...

Very nice hotel. There was not swimming pool or fitness center that I know of. There was a unsen very close by. The restaurant was very good and polite as usual. There were many other places to eat nearby. The rooms were very nice and quiet. The air conditioner runs very quietly. I highly recommend it for the business man....
