We stayed here with our 4 months old baby. The hotel is 1 minute from the Stone Steps so location-wise, its great. Not sure its because we went there in December, but a lot of the restaurants seemed to closed on the Stone Steps. There is no outdoor onsen / onsen has no windows, but if you are looking for a quick getaway from Tokyo on a budget, this place is not a bad place to stay.

Also, check out the Hara Museum Arc (a bus or taxi ride away) if you have time to kill.
