First time here on a guided walking holiday. Superb facilities, lovely food and drink and very friendly and helpful staff. Pool and spa most welcome after hard days in the hills. Very nice atmosphere and decor. Good rooms. Couldn't be better.

Really great hotel. Stayed as part of an Exodus holiday. Staff were very friendly, rooms comfortable, great facilities (pool. sauna and lounges). The food was delicious and plentiful, nothing was too much trouble.

My family have been coming here for quite some time. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff are knowledgeable, warm and attentive. This owner-run hotel is a must for those seeking to stay in a picturesque and underestimated alpine destination.

The Hotel Adler has recently been updated with new furnishings. It has always been a beautiful hotel run by Christian and Helene with their always friendly, efficient staff but now it has been updated it is a splendid delight of modern comfort whilst keeping its Tyrolean charm. The rooms are so nice you might find it hard to go out!...

Each year the hotel has some form of an upgrade. This year many of the rooms received complete makeovers, and they are Beautiful. Cheers to the...

HOWEVER once you informed reception about it they sent the towels right way. I really appreciated Express laundry. Left it in the morning in the bag and...

It is in a the Austrian/Italian town of Neiderdorf/Villabassa,so most people speak German and the building is very German-style. Breakfast is a giant buffet downstairs! My daughter actually had chocolate pillows cereal for (breakfast) everyday! And 5 and 4 course dinners every evening! Every night I went...
