Right in the centre of the village with a nice bar and great breakfasts and dinner in the restaurant. There is a good pool in the basement and the staff could not be better. Receptionist helped us hire bikes etc all spoke good English.

My Room was Ok size for a single. They had young boys as maids, didn't pick up the empty bottles or dishes sometimes, forgot to put new towels after collecting the dirty ones. HOWEVER once you informed reception about it they sent the towels right way. I really appreciated Express laundry. Left it in the morning in the bag and...

Hotel Adler is a very beautiful hotel, and the hotel owners actually live there! It is in a the Austrian/Italian town of Neiderdorf/Villabassa,so most people speak German and the building is very German-style. Breakfast is a giant buffet downstairs! My daughter actually had chocolate pillows cereal for (breakfast) everyday! And 5 and 4 course dinners every evening! Every night I went...

The staff at the Adler are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and they are always there to help, 10/10 for the staff! The food was really good, with an extensive choice at breakfast from the help yourself buffet, the 5 course evening meals were varied with good choices offered to vegetarians. The wine was a bit pricey with the...

From our late check in with our two small children to help with arranging ski hire the staff at Hotel Adler can't do enough to make the holiday run smoothly. Our room was amazing, a large suite with 2 bathrooms, and plenty of room to relax after skiing. The kids loved the swimming pool and there is a small games...

I have returned to this hotel for twenty-six years now, it is awesome. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The owners are superb. The food is exquisite. To me, it is like returning home every January. You cannot go wrong with this location central to the Val Pusteria.

We truly feel like we are coming home to Hotel Adler for our ski vacation. The hotel has great amenities and is located within minutes of several ski mountains. It is within 500 meters of the train station which can take you to several of the slopes. The hotel has nicely appointed rooms, and wonderful relaxing rooms with fireplaces. It...

Everything about this hotel is fantastic! From the maestro in charge down, the relaxed atmosphere, fantastic food, and attentive service make this hotel as comfortable as being at home... but without the need to do anything but relax and enjoy yourself. If it's good enough for the Italian rugby team's pre world cup training base (for the last 2 tournaments...

Stayed for a week as a part of an Exodus walking holiday. Hotel staff really friendly. Good food and excellent facilities with pool, steam and sauna- brilliant after a day's walking. My "single room" had two sinks, bath, shower and bidet and hairdryer. My room also had a TV and a safety deposits safe.
