Perfect ideal countryside setting - extremely pleasant B & B with magnificent views. Just a short drive from town of Huntly and wonderful walks around area. Fiona our host (and her son, who greeted us on arrival) were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. We had upstairs room which was large, well maintained and clean and a bathroom which...

Fiona, David, and family are excellent hosts! They live in a lovely, rural area south of Huntly that is convenient for visiting many places in the north east of Scotland. Fiona recommended some very nice places to visit and to eat. Away from the hustle and bustle. Take some time to enjoy the beauty and the quiet of this location.

Such a lovely warm welcome from Fiona and her family. We stayed in a large modern guest room with a wood burner and great facilities, a wonderful hearty breakfast with specials to pick from every morning. Lovely place to escape, set near a pine forest with walks, streams and farm animals to visit. Our daughter enjoyed her nature tours from...

We (2 couples) stayed in the Coynachie Guest House in August. The house is in a wonderful rural setting, far from the madding crowd. Our rooms were clean, large, warm, very well furnished and decorated. Fiona was very helpful and attentive, as indeed was our waiter at breakfast, one of her sons. The breakfast was excellent. As we were intrigued...

Six of us stayed here last weekend to attend a family wedding at nearby Aswanley. Fiona and David looked after us all so superbly it was an absolute pleasure for us to stay at Coynachie. The bedrooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfast was lovely. Thank you both for looking after us so well.

David and Fiona offer the best quality B and B experience in the North-East and possibly Scotland! I have stayed here weekly since the start of 2014 and have always had the warmest welcome! The rooms are comfortable and each one has its own unique style. The breakfast is unbelivable with a seasonal fruit bowl on offer every visit, personal...

I stayed here for 2 nights recently while on a work trip - This guest house sits in a very pleasant and quiet location, with lots of lovely walks to stretch your legs in the evening. Spotlessly clean and comfortable with a very pleasant and helpful hostess. I struggled to get an internet connection on my first night but she...

Thank you for taking the time to place your review. We have quite a number of guests stay here while on business and so understand the need to stay 'connected'. Positive reviews of this B&B led us to book for two nights, and becUse we liked it so much, stayed for another night. We wish we could have stayed longer. Fiona was a great hostess, and the breakfasts were delicious. We had the downstairs room with the private bathroom, which was fine for us. The room was spacious and had...
