It 'a great place to live day to relax, away from everyday life, immersed in the Mediterranean countryside. And 'an estate in the green, surrounded by citrus groves owned, ideal for those who love nature and tranquility of the countryside. Its location allows easy access to the centers of Siracusa, Noto and Modica UNESCO recognized for their exceptional beauty culture, architecture and landscape. Other sought-after destinations as close, just a few minutes are Cavagrande the canyon, the natural oasis of Vendicari and Pantalica. In less than an hour you reach the foot of the still active volcano Etna and a half hour plus you can point directly to the ancient beauty of Agrigento and Selinunte. The B&B has 5 rooms, all equipped with bathroom, heating, air conditioning, TV, a kitchen and a spacious living room. The rooms present with un'arredamento sober; 1 change of linen once a week for every 3 days for linens and bath kit.The gracious hospitality and unobtrusive, the rooms furbished with your wealth, and comfort of the Sicilian climate, will make you fall in love with this place. It is just 5 minutes from the beach and the town of Avola.

We stayed here for a week and all we were looking for was some peace and relaxation and that's exactly what we found. We booked here after reading the reviews on trip advisor and were not disappointed. I can't find any fault or negative to write about. Breakfast was superb as were the facilities, comfortable bed, swimming pool was one of the best I've swam in. If I could change anything I'd have tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms apart from that this B&B is 10 out of 10.

This is a great spot! Great location for all things in south east Sicily. The property itself is stunning! The pictures are exactly what you get!! Breakfast was nice each morning and it was great to cool off in the pool each evening/morning. Our room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to visit the area.

This is a lovely, modern, beautiful B&B in the middle of a Lemon plantation a little outside of Avola. Very quiet except for a few MIAUWS from host Paolos 4 wonderful friendly orange cats. Everything are immaculate, rooms are great, roof top terrace with a view to the sea and the pool with comfortable furniture give you the best opportunity to enjoy and relax. Breakfast is another plus here, and the Mothers home made Jams are specially good.

I stayed here for 2 nights and wish I spent more nights here. This place is amazing if you want to relax and a quiet atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and modern, the pool is amazing also. The owner Paolo prepares a nice breakfast every morning and is very helpful. I would recommend a stay here if you are looking for a tranquil place and to relax.

Don Paolino is no tough guy. He's a sweetheart, quiet but eager to make you feel at home. He remodeled the Tenuta himself (he is an architect) and has quite a talent for making jam and making beds. For six nights we experienced the luxury of a hotel with the peace of a private country home. We enjoyed spending the day lounging in the yard, eating on the terrace, and visiting with Paolo. It also served as the perfect home base to visit all of southeast Sicily (including Mt. Etna). Its a 2km bike ride into Avola and he's got a pair of brand new cruisers for rent. Beach chairs and an umbrella are available to take to Vendicari, Isola delle Correnti, or any of the local Avola/Noto beaches. We had the most comfortable, modern bathroom of the entire trip and the kitchen is great for preparing your own meals. We felt safe and secure, and there are two young cats that visit from the neighboring orchard who are very affectionate and playful. All of our experiences in Sicily were incredible and everyone will be hearing about Tenuta Don Paolino for as long as we live.

If you're going to visit Noto, Modica, Siracusa, Vendicari , ecc. look no further. You've found the perfect spot with immaculate and modern rooms, a kitchen that's available to you for snacks and cooking, and a most wonderful and congenial host. Paolo has created a Mecca amongst his lemon grove. Nearby the local train chugs past a few times a day ( you have to really listen to hear it!). You are about 3 minutes away from the motorway, 20 minutes from Siracusa. Every element of the B&B is perfect. . .comfortable beds, all new furnishings and fixtures. We enjoyed getting some food from the local grocery store, about a 10 minute ride, and having dinner two nights "at home" while watching Italian TV. I would highly recommend booking Tenuta Don Paolino. You'll be very pleased

This place is sourrounded by lemon trees and allows a real nice, relaxing stay. The rooms are all very modern, everything is clean and furnished with some feeling for design. Paolo is very friendly and let us use his kitchen to prepare a salad for lunch. The house has a a nice roof top terrace to share. All in all a nice fresh and quite place with above standard breakfast!
