We went there in the end of December. The price was expensive and staff was not smiling or polite. They refused to give us towel to use for our baby because the room as they said was only for two people. So why they accept orders from families with children its strange. No crib or bed for kids or babies. It was unconfortable to sleep in a not big double bed with baby. we saw hair accumated in the bathrooma nd complained. they immediately cleaned it. Overall it is nice and clean place for the business travelers. Room is clean and have hot water with tea. Recommended for the couple.or business travelers without children.

We were in the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is pretty new, but not well maintained and catered for large groups. Room was pretty large in Japanese standard. Cold and uninviting feel. Breakfast is not worth entering! Staff were welcoming and helpful with limited English. The hotel is far from the tourists' sites. Would not recommend, unless you get a good rate.

On a recent trip to Japan, my friend and I decided to stay here to visit Mount Fuji and regional Japan. The hotel itself is super new and clean, with a great cafeteria and restaurant connected to it. As for location, there really isn’t much in the nearby Susono area that appealed to us as tourists, but as long as you have a car—which we did—you should be right. Hotel Just One was very affordable in contrast to other hotels in the nearby towns and for the small price you pay, you are getting a really great room.

We stayed at the just One in Susono for 10 days to attend a wedding and sightseeing. We had the two double bed room, the largest available as we are used to western hotel rooms and did not want to feel cramped. Except for not having a closet and the A/C controls in Japanese only, the stay was problem free. The front counter staff were extremely friendly and even though their English was limited, did every thing they could for us. Our view of Mt. Fuji was awesome as well! If you are a westerner and traveling in this area, I would recommend the Just One, just don't expect a totally western hotel.
