We spent our summer vacation with two small children: 3 and 5 years old and we had a great time. The atmosphere is familiar, cozy and at the same time very neat. Helga and Giovanni are wonderful hosts: very friendly and helpful. They helped us with the laundry of our kids and every day they gave us nice suggestions for the day. Our kids felt immediately at home and enjoyed Giovanni's stories about the forest and the animals. They cooked for us a great dinner and we had a really nice evening eating together. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The Kitchen is fully equipped with also really nice amenities (for example every morning we had a great cappuccino ) We definitely recommend these apartments.

We enjoyed the skiing pleasures from January 14 to 20. We were pleasantly surprised at the hospitality of Hans and the guests! The apartments were perfect! It was warm and cozy. The kitchen was very comfortable with everything you needed. Hans was very kind and rich in stories about entertainment possibilities and the best ski spots. And Hans's farewell dinner and snicel were just perfect! I'd definitely like to come back again! And my son, Marks, also salutes greetings for this place! Martins from Latvia.

Dear Martins and Marks, Please forgive me, I have overlooked your 5 points rating! But .... last but not least- after 7 months I still allow myself to answer! We are happy that you liked our holiday house and that you will eventually come back. We will gladly cook the Wienerschnitzel for you all! Marks then gets two of them - after a day's skiing, he have hungry! Hopefully you have better weather and no snowfall the next time you ski in the Sella Ronda! Greetings to all who were here by us! Stay healthy, all the best for you, with best greetings, Hans and Helga

Context: We traveled with 2 small kids (ages 3+1) and another couple +kids (ages 5+2), so looking for "value", not a romantic getaway... Spent 5 nights there, and would definitely go back! Lots of space for everyone, staff is super friendly, the kitchen area (CHALET ART) was amazing, the 8 of us spent most of the time there and was plenty comfortable, and we didn't even use the attached large balcony because it was raining... all the day to day necessities are there, but even more, the top-of-the-line Nespresso machine was a really nice touch - along with some complimentary spirits!! clean, spacious, safe, well situated, friendly, quiet, just a few words that come to mind.. While the following do not detract from the overall experience, here are small points to consider as they may matter, depending on your needs: WiFi is free, but won't really work in the upstairs area, so makes it difficult to stream music, or stay connected to do some light work, which i needed to do. Solution, go down to the lobby. Note however WiFi gets switched off around 9pm-10pm. Don't expect data reception on your mobile devices of course, it's a mountain! You are on a main road, so while traffic is very limited even in July, it might not be ideal for "free to roam" toddlers (it wasn't our case) There is a gas (petrol) station right next to you, so while there was not much use of it because of the lack of traffic, some people might be visually bothered by it, i am sure. Every room has it's own very clean bathroom, they are one of those all-in enclosed structures, shower only, so If you are travelling with a smaller baby, who still bathes, do bear this in mind. All of the above are just small details after being there for 6 days/5 nights, so to close with the a positive, again, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive and would definitely go back.
