I stayed in the Jiangtian Hotel (also known by its English name, the Riversky hotel) for 1 night while travelling on business recently. The hotel was functional and comfortable, and is located in a good location by the Songhua river. Breakfast was included in my room rate, which was a typical Chinese breakfast spread, with a couple of western dishes... More

I booked a riverview room in this hotel, which is located by the Songhua river. It turned out to be a wise move, since in the short summer months, the river is the heart of Jiamusi, and the window in the residents of this beautiful city, whether they are doing exercises, launching colorful candle-powered lanterns into the air, or selling... Also smoking is in all rooms, so be prepared. This however is very common in all remote areas of China. The... More

Defiantly a frontier feel to this town And the hotel is about the same standard My room reeked of stale tobacco and the back smell from the drains in the bathroom made me want to wretch at times thet first day There must be better choices in this town On the other hand breakfast was a gigantean feast worth the...
