In addition to the name change, there has apparently also been a change in management. The lodge is undergoing a transformation, and you can tell.
It is visibly being renovated (wooden walkways/no disruption for guests). The entire area is very well-kept and tidy. The staff are very concerned about the guests and attentive. The same goes for the restaurant. The menu was particularly good in terms of quality and execution. Regards to the chef, it exceeded our rather cautious expectations. The tents (you know what you are letting yourself in for) are in need of some renovation. The furniture is clear and also rather inappropriate (if you are expecting desert chic, you will be disappointed) the outdoor pool is fantastic!). The nature drive is nice and the birds around the lodge (including the fed ones) are really funny and worth seeing. One night is OK. It could become an insider tip. But there is still a lot to do and room for improvement.

We loved everything about this place. The property is spectacular. Stunning views and sunrises and sunsets - lots of birds. The facilities are really lovely, and the restaurant location is great, there is a nice pool and seating, and there are excellent views from each tent. The food was fantastic. they have hot drinks and rusks & cookies available all day and complimentary tea and cake in the afternoons. The service was excellent - they made us feel welcome and were very accommodating. The hiking was really good too. We can't wait to go back!!

This lodge has beautiful surroundings, lovely rooms with spectacular views, and good hiking trails - with great sundowner and sunrise spots. The food was excellent and plentiful for both breakfast and dinner. They also serve some nice lunches. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The lodge is also close enough to the Erongo Mountain Winery for a day trip. The only thing I could recommend is a shade over the day bed on the deck so you can lie out there in the afternoon without the sun/heat on you.

Hidden amongst the boulders and accessed by a steep, sandy track is the little paradise of the Erongo Wild, home to assorted wildlife, including Rosy Faced Lovebirds, Dassies and Guinea Fowl. The comfortable tented accommodation is carefully arranged, nestled amongst the rocks, offering privacy and stunning views of the extraordinary landscape. Delicious meals are served, by wonderfully warm and welcoming staff, in the main lodge, overlooking the watering hole and a breathtaking vista of the surrounding Erongo terrain. If you are lucky, you may be joined, at the end of the evening, by a Small Spotted Genet, hungry for a little titbit! The Erongo Wild is, without doubt, one of the most amazing and beautiful places I have ever visited!

Nice place with great crew! We arrived very late and the crew still managed to arrange a dinner for us. The next morning we were very suprised by the amazing view from the restaurant. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night because we would have loved to hike through the valley beyond the property.

Stunning views, quite an piecefull. Rooms are spacious with a small bar fridge and water. Half open shower which was amazing. Sun set is breathtaking. However the amount of steep steps up to nr 2 and 3 is hectic. Dinner an breakfast are set on the other side so make sure you go light on the wine and bubble. But the setting is a absutely gorjuss ( the steps are then not a issue). Personal touch with dinner en breakfast. Place do need some maintenance. But it was not a problem for us. Had a wonderful time

The lodges are built between the huge boulders and beautifully appointed. The views from the terrace are spectacular over the rocks and the array of colourful birds stunning.
The staff are friendly and the food good
There's a watering hole to look down to and walking paths.
Definitely a lodge to revisit

In a magnificent setting exemplary service. Calmness and views. The tented chalets are beautifully designed and magnificently put in the nicest clearings amont the rocks. To this is added a very thoughtful and knowledgable service.

Myself and my significant other spent the night of the 25th at this establishment, and our expectations were exceeded!
The accommodation was luxurious and clean with an idyllic "outdoor" shower and the most beautiful view of the landscape.
The service was friendly and efficient and the staff are well informed and kind.
The facilities were all enjoyable and in good order and the dinner under the stars was spectacular.

The only backdraw was the road there which was not very easily accessible, but other than that everything was perfect.

We will definitely return and recommend anyone to stay here!
