Really friendly workers, the food served is good, the pool and the bedroom is really clean. There is a big balcony in every room. It’s 15 min by walk from an amazing beach. The bathroom is a bit small, but for one person or a couple is ok.

It hurts me to read all the negative reviews because for me it was really positive. amazing pool (first day turned in lobster so don't forget refresh your sun protection). Chamber no complains every day my bed was made up little bit different then i left it examples: towels/sheets fold up ln boats, fan or a other difference decoration . I always smile when I came back in appartement and saw that. Reception speaks good English what i could understand and helped me very good if i have any questions Thanks Hara and Rose help me at daytime and take care of my key (802😉) And George that you let me sit at the poolside when i could not sleep. Adonis, Emmanuel, Anastasia thank you for the great service there was during meal times. Most of time i spend at the poolbar because the Barman Christos let me laugh so much and the service was really fast and good. Also people who complain that sea is far away that's not fair it's only 5 minutes walk and then you are already on Marmari beach 😎 For sure if i come back to Kos i already know where I would stay. If its here will none star i will do it. This is my worst holiday ever!!! Hotel is absolutely terrible. Its was just one good thing on this hotel and it was pool. Food was bad, taste really terrible. Normal i eat everything. We must to eat in restaurants. Also we have lot of ants in a room. They give us new one but in new one doesnt work door from balcony and Main door not working normal. I am really mad. Because its also coast lots of money. If you can change your booking to another hotel. If you wanna have nice time, food and also holiday.

I stayed at the Roselands in September last year I have never been to a hell hole like it the manager is watching you at meal times if you like living off melon for a week because the food is so bad and I’m not fussy as me and my partner had to spend outside in restaurants about 800 euros because the food was inedible The manager was having a go at everyone the guest look like they were scared it was more like a boot camp , and also what annoys me is the Roselands post on Trip advisor and pretend to be a holiday maker saying that the hotel is wonderful ( listen your writing the reviews yourself do you think we are stupid ) The only thing about the hotel was the pool that’s it ,The all inclusive was the drinks out of paper cups , Breakfast the bread was stale all my partner and me could eat was melon , Kos was beautiful and thank god it is because the manager of the Roselands has a goldmine of a hotel (Only if he sold it to a hotelier who new what he was doing ,I can’t believe that the manager was so aggresive that it would not have taken much for him to throw people of the hotel for nothing , I booked the Roselands last minute but next time I will book 5star , The beds were like rock we arrived at 10pm the guy behind the desk looked so miserable that he looked like someone died in the Family ( if anyone is thinking of going to the Roselands do it at your own Peril !!

I have just booked my return visit to Roselands, and looking forward to my next, peaceful, relaxing break here next May. I cannot understand why other reviewers complain so bitterly. Yes, it is quiet, as described within the hotel description. Read it. Yes, they charge tourist tax. It’s the law. No, they do not want you filling your germ filled water bottles directly out of the dispenser. Neither do I. Buy water, it isn’t expensive. Food is fine. Not brilliant, but good for the price. If you want better, go elsewhere, and pay a lot more. Pool area superbly clean and well kept. Rooms cleaned regularly. Internet only works in the reception area, exactly as described by the hotel. Sorry to all little Englanders, but yes, other nationalities holiday here too. So if you hear Russian, Italian, French people talking and having fun.....get over it. Some people expect everything, but want to pay a minimum. Life isn’t like that......for what you will pay to stay here, you will get great value. Ignore all of the poor reviews, trust me.

Dear MartinI462, Thank you ever so much for your kind words and we will be more than happy to welcome you back to Roeland's again this summer for your May holidays. I really hope your comments will be of a great help to all these clients who-after reading some negative comments- hesitate to book Roseland's being afraid that they will come to the worst hotel in the world. However the noumerous-if not many- repeaters we have every year proove the opposite.... We are happy to welcome you as well as everybody else who want to have a good value for money when they book and pay their holidays. Thank you again
