Holiday Village Kos piles on a whole host of fun and games, with things like kids' clubs and an activity pool. On top of that, it's grabbed a top spot right by the beach. Holiday Village Kos is a real all-rounder. As well as a hat-trick of pools, it throws up a huge list of sports and activities, and restaurants that tick off Italian, Greek and American food. This place gets top marks for its location - there's a sandy beach footsteps away, and a 15-minute walk will put you in the centre of Marmari.

Couldn’t fault the food, full English at breakfast and some lovely meals on an evening. The American and greek restaurants are also amazing. Plenty for kids to do and they all played football together on an evening at the astro turf. Would definitely return at some point. The girl in the adult cocktail bar was great too, and good quality drinks.

Loved this hotel, right on the beach. Alwsys something to eat and i have a fussy eater. Main restaurant does het busy but food is constantly refilled, always hot. American diner we didn't really like and so much wasted food as you get all the starters. Snack bar ( American in the evening) was great with salads/sandwiches and other hot food available. You can make your own toasties here too. Ice cream available all day. The hotel is clean and tidy. The pools are great and inflatables are allowed. Good choice of drinks and lovely staff in the sunset bar, special mention to Kleo and Ireni who always had a smile and a hello. We did a trip to Kos town one day, the bus stops at the back of the hotel. Think it was about €2.20 one way. Good day out. A couple of negatives but little things - Pillows - terrible they were balls of pillows! Asked for different ones as you couldn't lie on them but ended up with more of the same. Pool tables never working - most of the time it was one out of 3 working. American diner evening- waste with all appetizers brought out. Sunbeds- need more , there is space. If you want one round the pool at the front to keep an eye on your kids be up at 6am in August! ( every day for 2 week's ) Shelter for kids activitys - not much shelter if doing the football in the midday heat or waiting for the aerial adventure. Evening entertainment - could do more for people who didn't want to watch the main act. Or when they do - tell you. All in all we had a great time and would return ( apart from the hubby who got bit about 500 times )

It's family oriented hotel with very cool animation program purely oriented to UK kids. You can't sign up for their programs regardless you language skills unless you're a citizen of UK so much to say about equity. But still you and your kids may take part in some activities here and there which we did but the UK domination is way too challenging. No early check-in available as already mentioned in previous feedbacks. We've had family room on ground floor which wasn't too big but well equipped. Several issues which we faced during our stay were rectified upon request, some required repetitive claims though. Nevertheless the stuff is very friendly and always ready to help. All Inclusive is very much ok never leaving you starving. Supplies are always refilled in time even if you have to queue for some of delicious meals. The variety of cuisine from Asian to Greek will most definitely please you! Free water is also available in the room. Bars open in the evening hours were also cool. Most of Brits seemed to be happy with pools (why coming this long way?) and hotel's beach was never too full. Stuff is always ready to get you an extra sunbed in case of need. Sandy beach is beautiful, but often windy and your body may get a sand peeling for free! )) Sea is usually very transparent with no jellyfishes to bother you. Beach bar is also 3 steps away. Marmari village is walkable and eve/night landscapes are there to please your eyes! Discos and other entertainment are never too late to distract you from sleeping in the night. All in all very positive vacation to recommend to a friend but not to come back for one simple reason - Kos is way too small and we have seen it all!

The TUI reps were amazing, friendly and professional. The hotel provided a good variety of food and a very clean hotel with great children's entertainment! Also the beach is at arms length. However, the children's pool with the green slide, the ground is rough at the bottom and caused injury to my daughter's foot on the first day. The wound did not heal for the duration of the holiday, the First Aiders(not TUI reps)treated the wound with cotton wool. My daughter wore no footwear on one foot for over a week.

This holiday was about the kids. From the moment we arrived they were busy! The kids clubs were 3 times a day for each age group, but they were activity based and for once, the kids didn't moan and loved the clubs! The beach is lovely, just across the road and clean. The sunset every evening was beautiful! The rooms were basic but pleasant. Highly recommended, happy kids = happy holiday!
