It was a fantastic holiday. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice and the food is terrific. 6 times a week an animation program. Special thanks to animators Jasmijn, Veronica, Alessio, Anna, Claudio and Cyara. We've had a great time. Don't forget to visit the Anassa Welness centre of the hotel. Great massages & gym!
Today I had one of the best spa days ever at the "Anassa wellness & beauty" by Aegeo Spas. Christina & Katerina at the front desk were the sweetest with wide smiles on their faces and Elpida with Tonia made sure I was treated exceptionally well. Big thanks to Elpida for the excellent massage therapy she gave me❣️
The resort is nicely designed with beautiful gardens. It is overall well maintained with some minor issues (e.g. broken shower head holder in bathroom, some minigolf lanes degraded to the point of no longer being usable). The hotel contains a newer, adult-only "junior Suites" area. While not clearly stated, this area is operated independently and the facilities, including the second all-inclusive restaurant, are not open for "hotel & bungalow" customers. Rooms and housekeeping The rooms and facilities are clean. Housekeeping is reduced to every other day as a Covid measure. Half the time the housekeeping did not exchange the right number of beach towels for our party of 4, but this could be quickly corrected after interaction with the staff. We stayed in a first floor bungalow with a nice view into the peaceful and quiet garden. Our room was of the type with a roof over the balcony, which was good, because the type without would very likely have been too hot in the sun. The safe in the room is only available for an extra charge. The charge is not large, but considering the overall cost and service level of the hotel, this charge is a bit petty. Pool, beach: There are a large number of beach chairs and umbrellas at pool and beach, creating sufficient shadow. All beach chairs were occupied every day between around 8:30 and 17:00 during our stay, with the pool opening 10:00-18:00. The beach can get windy with blowing sand in the afternoon. The chairs at pool and beach were pretty closely packed despite the Covid measures. Food Food was good, offering a wide variety for every meal. The desserts were especially good. The restaurant was coping very well with the Covid measures. The food distribution in small plates or served by staff worked without waiting times. The restaurant has a functional ambiance. The staff is very friendly and helpful and provides fast and attentive service. There is free seating and during our usage times there were always enough tables in sun and shadow. The dress code was not enforced during our stay, presumably due to the heat. Activities Water sports courses (wind surfing, kitesurfing) were so much in demand that there was no free slot during our 10 day vacation in July. Book early! Other comments The front desk staff quickly fixed any issues we raised, like adding two balcony chairs for 4 person room occupancy and providing the missing beach towels. Overall we had a very relaxing vacation and would consider returning to Caravia Beach!…
The experience in Aegeo Spa was amazing thanks to Olga, Elpida, Katerina, Xristina, Tonia and Nikos! The area and the atmosphere of the wole hotel was also amazing and I had a really great time there! I would definitely recommend this hotel and especially the experience in the spa!! Thanks alot!
Spa area were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my massage session enjoyable. I highly recommend this Spa for anyone visiting Caravia. Olga performed an exceptional massage also Katerina and Nick guided me through the facilities and services.❤️
The Spa was designed in a contemporary and soothing way. I highly recommend Elpida as she was really smooth and showed great understanding. The face and body treatment was astonishing. Really appreciated the face yoga crash course.
beautifully located hotel among greenery . Close to wide sandy beach. Rooms a bit run down. In our bungalow number 710 the air conditioning was not working properly. Very noisy, which made it impossible to sleep. Water dripped from it all night, making a persistent dripping sound. The fault reported to reception was not resolved. The lack of even one bottle of water in the room is a very big minus. We came to the hotel thirsty and the shop was closed. The water at the bar in the all inclusiveoption was not good. Delicious food in the restaurant. Fantastic buffet serving due to sanitation rules. The floor by the pool was not cleaned. We had a juice spill once and it was sticky all week. No information at check in about pool opening times. The first day the lifeguard chased us out of the pool because we didn't know there was a closing at 6pm. We didn't have time to pack up and the staff closed the gate leaving us inside. Fortunately we avoided going through the fence because we found an escape gate . On the one hand funny , on the other hand unacceptable from the service. Takeaway breakfast packets very poor. I assess the hotel with high marks in general, however, for these minor slip-ups I will not be willing to return.…

Our yearly holiday in Caravia and our 7th time here. Nice to see old friends again. This hotel never disappoints and it’s like going home from home for us. Nothing to fault with this place. Thanks to Panos, Dora,Katerina and the rest of the team for looking after us so well . See you next year. 🤗
We stayed in the main building which is really convenient and on budget as well. There were plenty of things that we loved: - great beach and pools along with animators - amazing food - perfect gym, tenis, waterpark, etc. Of course, you can always improve something and in this case I would highlight some issue with the noise since the rooms are not noise-cancelling or we had some initial issues with the accommodation that the front desk was not able to solve and we had to wait for the manager to the following day which is not good. I would like to express my THANK YOU to the local service team - I remember from the top of my head names such as Vicky (server) or Matylda. Kudos!
