Stay in August for 2 adults and a 6-year-old child. The hotel easily deserves 4 stars, or even 5. What deserves special praise is cleanliness: from the rooms, restaurants, bars, swimming pool, beach to public toilets. Food - very good, large selection, varied and always served in full quantities until the end. It never happened that something was missing. Delicious desserts, fresh fruit, vegetables, grilled fish... Clean beach, gently shelving beach and super warm water. The beach bar offers coffee, beer, wine, sandwiches, ice cream, fruit, cakes and drinks. The only complaint is the lack of a normal bar - mainly non-alcoholic drinks - by the pool for children. There is only a dispenser that stands in full sun and there is not necessarily anything to drink. Another minus is the lack of a clothes dryer in the room, there is nothing except a French balcony with glass - which does not necessarily work.

The entire stay at the Caravia Beach Hotel was just perfect.
The room facilities were great and it was very clean. The entire cleaning staff did a great job and were always very friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were always well stocked and varied. Everything tasted excellent. The pizza and pasta station and the delicious dessert buffet are particularly worth mentioning.
The service staff in the restaurant and at the bars were quick and super friendly.
The hotel's own beach area was very clean and the gently sloping water invited you to swim in the sea. The beach bar was also very cozy and had drinks and snacks. The toilets on the beach were very clean.
A very special thank you goes to the spa team with the manager Katerina and the great physiotherapist Vasilis. Thank you for the great deep tissue massage.
We had a relaxing time in the beautifully furnished wellness area. The pool was nice and big and the whirlpool was great. The saunas and the relaxation area were also great.

It was a very nice family holiday. The entire hotel complex is very well maintained, the food was delicious and the staff were also friendly and accommodating. We particularly liked the entertainment; it was a young animation team that wasn't pushy, but was very funny, encouraging and always up for some fun. The music selection was great. Our daughter really liked the kids club with the mini disco in the evenings; she immediately fell in love with the entertainers.

Playground is new but practically unusable as it is made of black plastic and metal and has no shade, so it is much too hot during the day (risk of burns). However, it was only allowed to be used between 10:00 and 18:00 as it was closed off otherwise. We have never experienced this in any hotel before. All pools without exception were also closed at 18:00. Also never experienced this before. Aquapark is very remote and very unattractive for parents. The door in the bungalow was extremely noise-permeable so that you could hear every word from outside. There was no clothes rack or anything similar to hang up wet swimwear on. The website advertises a nearby salt lake that you can reach on foot in 10 minutes to watch flamingos. The reception was unable to give us any precise information. Neither could they describe the route to us and the walking distance was suddenly described as around 45 minutes, but several employees disagreed.

We had a junior suite with direct pool access. The area is "adults only" and therefore very quiet and perfect for relaxing. This also includes the restaurant with buffet and the associated bar, as well as the spa area. The facility is well maintained and very clean. The staff, especially in the restaurant and spa, are incredibly attentive without being intrusive. The food is perfect - a huge selection, always replenished, perfect preparation of fish and meat. Everything fresh and to the point. In our 2 weeks there was really nothing to complain about here. During our stay we went to the spa a total of 3 times. The area is very well equipped and the three employees (Katharina, Maria, Vaso) were very professional and courteous. The treatments were super relaxing and carried out with great products. The subsequent stay in the area (steam sauna, sauna, pool, whirlpool, relaxation room) completely convinced us. We can only recommend everyone to treat themselves to a treatment here. The rooms are pleasantly warm and we as guests were individually catered to. We feel that the prices are comparable to those in Germany. If you have a smaller budget, you can get a day pass to use the area without treatment. This is definitely a little highlight and perfect for letting your mind wander.
The only small negative point for us is the bed. It was too hard for us personally - but we are also spoiled by waterbeds and therefore perhaps not the right people to criticize here. :)

In February, we booked two Junior Suites at Caravia Beach Resort for our family holiday through Check24 and Alltours. Nearly a month before our trip, we received an email informing us that we could no longer stay in the Junior Suites. This sudden change caused us considerable anxiety. We were reassigned to two double rooms instead.
Today, we arrived at the hotel in Kos, only to be given two double rooms, one of which had a terrible odor. We went to the reception, and after being told that the hotel was fully booked, we asked to speak with the manager, Jannis. The service we received was appalling. They eventually showed us another room, which was also unsatisfactory. When we requested another option, they offered us a room on the same floor with a partial sea view, but with an additional charge of €20 per night. This is completely surreal service!
Additionally, the so-called “all-inclusive” package is highly misleading, as most things at the beach bar, including an espresso, come with an extra charge. This feels like false advertising from all these platforms and operators.
We are extremely disappointed and expect better treatment and transparency from both the hotel and the travel agencies involved. This experience has put a damper on what was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation.

Great Inn, food and excellent service, I think I’ve never eaten so well in an All-Inclusive Inn. Beautiful beach where there is room at any time of the day. The rooms are modern and functional. Cleanliness impeccable. The staff is kind, thank you! Bus stops right outside the Pension to Kos (take about 20-30 minutes) The small negatives: the wifi does not work well everywhere, the deckchairs of the pool are a little dirty, and there is no water bottle in the room. I had a great time for the second time in Kos, well done!

We have just returned from a family all inclusive holiday and the place was simply beautiful. The hotel itself is surrounded by beautiful gardens which is very picturesque. Many pools to choice from, our girls were in them constantly. Hotel right on the beach which is private to stayers which was brilliant, the beach bar was incredible, maybe better than the actual restaurant. Ice creams, slush’s, beer, wine, n lovely little snacks all included and just made things so much easier. The food in the hotel was decent enough. Took a little getting use to and our kids mainly ate standard English stuff, but the hotel tried to mix it up as much as they could and there was always a decent choice. We stayed in a bungalow which was lovely, spacious, lovely garden balcony views, cleaned every single day which was so nice to come back to. Our cleaning lady was lovely, did not speak a word of English but such a lovely helpful lady. All the staff at the hotel were polite, nothing seemed to much trouble, only slight fault I would say is the entertainment at night is in the theatre and it’s mainly run by young lads who are abit much sonetines. We didn’t spend much time here but the set up is good and kids seemed to love it. Location is lovely and quite, not much around. We did horse riding at Erikas farm which was a beach ride, ours girls loved it, really beautiful. We also took a short taxi ride to the local water park which was brilliant. Hotel 15 minutes away from airport, absolutely ideal after travelling all those hours. We arrived early hours in the morning with 2 children and were greeted and led to our room, they even put snacks and waters in our room fridge because we had a long journey which I thought was a lovely lovely touch. Overall it was just a brilliant place, best of both worlds in being peaceful yet having enough to entertain the kids. Not a lot going on in the day time but again with all the pools, kids entertained themselves. Can get windy, on the beach especially, but we welcomed this most days as it took the heat off you. Water beautiful and clear, and we went in the sea many times. Overall a fantastic holiday, i spent a lot of time reading reviews when I booked, trust me, you will not be disappointed, we certainly weren’t. Me and my partner arrived here on the 3rd September for 4 nights and it was not long enough! Upon arrival the staff took our suitcases for us and guided us to our room . The room was absolutely spotless could not fault it , we had fresh towels daily and fresh bedding changed every single day we even had beach towels given to us FREE of charge so no need to bring your own. The pool is amazing it’s so big and really quiet especially for September time as there we’re alot of families and there were other pools for children and water slides. There is an adult only area also where they do suites and adult only resteraunt with swim up pools which are fabulous. Food was outstanding loads of choice of desserts and selection of food There are a few local shops such as supermarkets and gift shops local also including activities such as horse riding and you can rent quad bikes from the hotel at roughly €50 for the day. We are a young couple aged 25 and there was plenty of relaxed places away from children if that’s what your looking for but does cater for families too! We cannot wait to return again next year

It was our first time at Caravia Beach Hotel and we really enjoyed our time. Me, my husband and our two children (3 and 5 years old) love everything there. The food is very delicious and some of it changes every day (lunch and dinner is always different). Furthermore there is so much selection, that everybody finds something to eat. The Bungalows are clean and beautiful. Four Persons have enough room to feel comfortable. The roomservice is excellent. The distances between the pool, the sea, the bungalow, the reception and the restaurant is short and it takes just a few minutes to reach everything. Last but not least i have to mention the animation-team: They make a fantastic job, bring us a lot of fun and make our holidays special. The mini-club offers different activities like face painting for children, drawing, pool activities and so much more. The sports activities like aqua gym or aqua zumba i like most, above all if Esther do it. Every evening is mini diso for the children in the theater. After that the animation-team play a game with the guests or offers us a show like "Mamma Mia", "The greatest Showman" and "The Lionking". They done it well and we love it mostly. We guess, we will return there, because our holidays was perfect. Thanks a lot for that.
