My husband and I have returned overnight from a 10 night holiday at Bouradanis Village hotel. We were shown to our newly renovated bedroom/beautiful bathroom by the lovely family owner Clairy on the night we arrived. We were given delicious pieces of Spinach filo pie and sweet newly picked grapes. After a really warm night we paid 7 euros per day for air conditioning (well worth every penny) Location is as advertised, 10 mins to two small shops and on same road 15 mins to beach. 2 sunbeds and parasol and 2 included cold drinks 10 euros on a beautiful beach with mountain views and a lovely breeze. Breakfast was for us perfect, cold meats and cheeses, boiled eggs, thick creamy homemade yogurt, six homemade jams, bread rolls, salad, melon (picked from owners field) juices. What more can anyone want? Dinner, 4 courses including excellent salad bar and home cooked by Mama Clairy daily. 😋 Delicious, varied and for us exactly what we signed up for .... genuine Greek cuisine cooked with alot of heart and soul. All family members work extremely hard for their guests and we loved them all for their efficiency and kindness. The pool area is beautiful, sooooo peaceful. We will return next year and highly recommend

We had a wonderful restful week at this little gem of a family run hotel which is in a beautiful rural location yet with all the ameneties of Tigari and Marmari only a few kilometres away. There's a regular bus service to these two resorts or if you're feeling energetic they can be reached on foot in 35 to 40 mins . There is a Supermarket only a few minutes walk away from the hotel and the very pleasant local beach is only 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is family run and Mama Clairy does all the cooking and serves up an excellent breakfast and three course evening meal as well as providing a Greek style meze each evening so you will certainly not go hungry !Our room was very spacious and nicely decorated and furnished with a good sized balcony. The bathroom was small but everything worked as it should. We were only there a week but both towels and sheets were changed. The hotel has an excellent large clean swimming pool with a lovely bar serving very reasonably priced drinks. The family are lovely - very kind snd friendly and nothing is too much trouble. If you want a restful holiday in a peaceful location with helpful friendly "staff " we would certainly recommend Bouradanis Village..

We are repeat offenders and have already booked again for 2025. If you don’t need animation, can do without huge buffets and don’t need an all inclusive one, this is the place for you. Here you can have breakfast and dinner with super good food, e.g. T. produced by the owner's family itself always delicious and of good quality, a warm owner's family that takes care of, even if something goes wrong, a small but fine pool, nice rooms, much rest in the complex, great location on a salt lake and walking distance about 10 minutes from the sea and Mamari.

I don’t normally write reviews as everyone’s tastes & expectations are different. In this case I would love to keep this gem all to myself but that would not be fair to the lovely family that run it. They are all so lovely and welcoming nothing is too much trouble. You come away after your holiday feeling as if you are part of the family. Dimitri (manager)is so hands on and helpful. His mum Clairy (hope I’ve spelt that right) is a fantastic cook with all her own Greek recipes, when she serves you the 3 course dinner she explains all the ingredients and it’s made with love! It’s exciting every night not knowing what Greek dish is going to be served but our plates were always cleared. The breakfast buffet has plenty of selection and her homemade jams are delicious. The rooms are spacious some with lovely views of the countryside and the Salt Lake where you can see the Pelicans. The pool is fantastic with plenty of sun beds and lovely reading chairs. The Hotel is between resorts of Mamari and Tingaki about a steady 45 minutes walk each way. Many hire cars plenty of parking. It’s very quiet here which we love it’s our 2nd year and booked again for 2025 whilst waiting for our return flight home love it.

Upon arrival at Bouradanis Hotel, we were promptly checked in and given information regarding mealtimes and use of the facilities. We arrived a little earlier than check-in time due to our flight, but we were encouraged to relax by the pool until our room was ready.

Our room was very large, clean, and spacious. We had a double bed, sofa bed, mini fridge, ensuite, and balcony with a table and chairs, and rooms are cleaned each day with towels provided.

Bouradanis Hotel is a family run resort where nothing is too much trouble. We were encouraged to ask about anything we required, and the staff were more than happy to assist in recommending trips and helping to book these. One of the highlights of our stay here is the food. We booked half board, and a continental breakfast (bread, yoghurt, cereal, jam, fruit). This is followed by a home cooked, and authentic evening meal. Clairy, the chef, serves each meal explaining what each dish is, and the ingredients in everything. The vegetables used are grown in the family garden situated next to the hotel. We recommend having the evening meals as you book that are served at sunset by the pool as the perfect way of trying Greek cuisine made right.

The hotel is in a quiet part of Kos, and takes around 25 minutes to walk to the beach in Marmari, where there are also some tourist shops and bars. Tikagi is also a short walk away, taking around 30 minutes via the salt lakes. Through our hotel we booked a 3 island cruise, visited the waterpark, Kos town, thermal springs, and a sunset evening in Zia (recommended)!! There is also a supermarket 10 minutes away to stock up on bottled water and lots of cute cats on site (😻)

Thank you to all of the staff at Bouradanis who made our holiday so special and enjoyable ❤️

We stayed at this hotel for the first time and I must say we had a great time! Excellent welcome that makes you feel at home, they speak a little Italian so there are no problems in explaining themselves. Truly excellent cuisine, you have to adapt to the proposals of mother Clary who cooks for her extended family.
The location of the hotel is truly excellent, in half an hour by scooter you can reach any part of the island. It feels like living in a small village with tranquility and unmissable sunsets! As a young couple used to travelling, we have nothing negative to say about this hotel! Thank you very much Bouradanis for giving us unforgettable days!

We have just got back from a 2 week holiday at bouradanis. We had an amazing time there. The bouradanis family were excellent hosts and looked after us so well. Mama Clairy does all the cooking and every night we were treated to 3 courses served up to us plus salads, dips, breads and fresh fruit to help yourself to. Every meal was different every night and each one was of a very high quality. Best food I have had on a holiday. The rooms are larger than average for Greece. Compact bathroom with a strong flow shower and always had hot water. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept very well. Continental breakfast was excellent with several home made jams and lots of choice of meats and cheeses etc. The hotel had a real family feel to it. It is in a quiet location with cows as a view whilst eating dinner, sheep come to graze some days and horses and a riding stable just down the road. A lovely 20 mins walk to the beach and a salt lake a few mins from the hotel. We walked to Tigaki which took about 35 mins some mornings but you can get a cab costing 10€ if you want cafes, shops and restaurants. We will be going back to this hotel for sure. Great value for money and a great family.

We travelled as a couple and found exactly what we were looking for in the Bouradanis Hotel: a relaxed atmosphere in the hotel, friendly and helpful staff - a typical family business. The spacious junior suite matched the descriptions on the website. The pool and green areas were well maintained. A vegetarian alternative was specially prepared for me for the evening 3-course meal. The additional salad buffet was varied, particularly with the various homemade dips. Breakfast was the same every day (rolls, boiled eggs, sausage, cheese and yoghurt), but the various homemade jams and fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and melons from our own harvest always made it special for me. When we went on excursions, we had a packed lunch. The complex is in a quiet and beautiful location. The hotel has great connections to the bus to Kos City (5 minutes walk and then €2.10 per trip). The beautiful sandy beach is only 600m away and is a paradise for kite surfers. We rented both bikes and a car, for which there was a pick-up service from the hotel. It is definitely worth exploring the island (a particular highlight for us was the Kavo Paradiso beach and the boat trip to Kalymnos).

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday with the Bouradanis family.

We had a room in the farthest block, first floor with a panoramic view over fields of crops and open countryside. Our room was spacious and had very comfortable beds, outer shutters, sliding doors and curtains. The area is very quiet and we slept very well.

We were made to feel very welcome by the whole crew and nothing was too much trouble. We were helped with bike hire, advice on the area and our airport transfer when the QR code we had didn't work. Everyone was friendly and approachable and had a genuine passion for looking after their guests.

Rock Mama Clairy is such a hardworking lady who strives to delight her guests with new twists on Greek food. The food was a wonderful surprise, freshly sourced and cooked with Mama Clairy's special ingredient, LOVE! Breakfast yoghurt was a whole new experience topped with honeydew melon and prickly pear "marmalades". Evening meals were delicious with something different every day, personally served and ingredients explained by Mama Clairy. We tried old favourites and new dishes, all were delicious.

It is quiet yes but for us, that was perfect. We hired bikes for 2 days and cycled/walked up to Zia one day (stop for lemonade at the taverna at the church just outside of Zia, delicious). We also cycled the coast road to Kos Town, good flat route and very bicycle friendly (Kosta's Grill House for lunch - amazing gyros). We walked to both Tigaki and Marmari beaches. Tigaki is a flat walk beside the salt lake which we enjoyed as it was really peaceful (Akti Dimy's for lunch, loungers and service on the beach was very good). A road walk to Marmari but still very quiet (Biggy's Beach Bar for Loungers and lunch in their Cafe Bar - banana and honey smoothie - yum).

If you like peace, quiet, lovely food and great hosts, you will love it here - we certainly did!

Thank you Bouradanis family, you made our holiday and we will be back to visit you again!

Good morning everyone, my partner and I stayed at the Bouradanis hotel from 8/6 to 14/6, we had a very good time, large room, good cleanliness, strategic location, more or less half an hour's drive away yes they reach all the beaches and places you want to visit.
It is located near a salt lake, in the midst of the tranquility of Kos, excellent for those who want to unplug and wake up to the sight of cows in the fields not far away.
Basic breakfast, excellent yogurt and jams made by the lady who also cooks lunch and dinner, unfortunately we cannot give a review on the latter because we always opted to eat out, but I can say that the smell was very appetizing.
There is a very large swimming pool with enough sunbeds and deckchairs, very pretty lit up at night.
Air conditioning in the room, from €7/15 per day, depends on the room, however specified on Booking before booking.
Parking available outside the hotel.
Family atmosphere, typical and quiet, we recommend it rather than the usual international hotels that don't let you get into the mood of the place.
However, you must have the ability to understand that being a family-run hotel and not a chain with millions behind it, it will be a modest and not very luxurious environment. It's up to you to understand what you need.

Dinner is 3 meals served course (first, main and dessert) and a buffet with a variety of starters, salads, fruit e.t.c. The cuisine is typically Greek traditional with a today's twist. Most of the products are from local farms and gardens. There is also breakfast (morning) and ala carte menu (all day).
