This hotel was small, cute and centrally located in town. That said - not too much to do in this town! I didnt love the bathroom situation where you needed to walk through the shower to get to the toilet and sink. And I also was concerned about the door's locks being flimsy. Other than those couple of things, I...

Three of us hated Pai so much that we quit two says early and drove 8 hours to spend two nights here over New Years Eve. We were so relieved to arrive at a nice friendly place. I had a basic room with an en suite shower room and my daughter + boyfriend had a shared bathroom. We found some...

More evidence of people reviewing themselves here on TripAdvisor.... Yes the huts are basic, but they're £5 - you could barely even buy a pint for that in the UK. We found the staff really helpful and friendly; perhaps they have less patience for people on tours who "laugh" at their accommodation. We were there for one night, making our...

Stayed here only for one night before travelling to Laos on slow boat. Room was good for the price. Check in took about half an hour which was mainly waiting about. It was not busy. We used booking.com pay on arrival but we found that the receptionist had charged my card via cancellation. This meant I also had to pay...

Beautiful, clean guesthouses/ bungalows. Great staff, great location. Perfect pitstop whilst your journeying across the boarders. They have a pool and restaurant. Real chill. Had a great stay here and you can book all your transport through the guesthouse.

Since we're travelling for 6 months during the hot season this place seemed to fit the bill with its 6$ rooms and pool. My husband and I don't mind rustic, and we don't mind an occasional bug or gecko hanging around - these have come to be expected. What we (or I, I should more accurately say) don't have any...

For 200THB this is above and beyond in terms of quality in town. We stopped for one night after coming on the slow boat from Luang Prabang and heading for Pai the next morning. Therefore, as a stopover purely for a night's sleep, we wanted to keep cost down. We checked a few other places out in town which were...

One night at this hotel was included as part of a Mekong slow boat package via Travel Hub.. so to be honest we weren't expecting much! However, the Namkhong Guesthouse proved to be a pleasant surprise, given the budget nature of the accommodation. Dark lacquered timbers and panelled walls gave a pleasant traditional Northern Thai feel.. however the room's walls...

The all wooden room was special but very clean - but there was open to the outside so insect could get in - that wasn't really a problem though because it was so clean and because of the mosquito net - the garden is very beautiful and the staff is friendly and they speak English! A nice place to stay...

Don't understand the poor review on this hotel. Peoples expect high end hotel with a tour package. They probably get 100bht per room. What do you expect... My advise do your own tour next time ! We came here by ourselves and paid 670 bath for a A/C private bathroom , free breakfest and FREE POOL ! When you pay...
