This hotel in my opinion is really excellent. The location is perfect in the centre of town. As a family with young children, we found the staff to be extremely helpful and no request was too much. We stayed there for two nights last week and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. The rooms were super comfortable. The food was beautiful and... More

Last Sunday afternoon, I ate in King Arm's with my grandmother and my mother. We were on a weekend break and on Sunday my grandmother was looking forward to a hot roast lunch (typical Irish woman). We were out for a stroll and stumbled upon this hotel. What a gem! It was homely from the minute we entered and the... More

Sunday afternoon we decided to have a lovely Sunday Lunch. Unfortunately as soon as we walked in and ordered a drink the barman didn't even smile at us, even when I placed the drink order he couldn't be bothered to talk. Staff really need customer care training to make the customers feel welcome. The beef was really tough and vegetables... More

Looking for a late afternoon / early evening Sunday meal in Bicester town centre has limited possibilities and car parking. The Kings Arms, near the squares car park looking warm and welcoming became our destination. The restaurant although quiet was ticking over nicely. Our group of 4 was seated quickly with good service throughout. The food was good and tasty... More

Nicely decorated and laid out, however we had booked a table for five adults and was shown to a table to seat four, they did offer to add a chair to the end of the table which we found was clearly not acceptable, anyway we did eventually have a table to seat six, this in my mind should not have...
